The only issue I have is the tight parking lot. I didn't like worrying about whether or not I'm going to damage the U-Haul truck I JUST picked up. Although, I'm not sure there is much that can be done about the parking lot size/layout.
Sarah Mwindshield was dirty. engine had an exhaust leak, so the drive was incredibly loud.

Kenneth ROnly one customer at the counter when entered. Two of the staff waited on him and it took probably 10 min waiting until a third person came into the office. Went smooth after that. It appeared at least one other on site employee - thus a little long to wait - but dont ever know what else going on behind the scene. They did recognize I was there but still took a little longer based on only one customer ( who was a complainer by nature it seemed - take this as customer feedback for making a visit just a little better.

Clarence SThey didn't even pull out the uhaul and sent me to figure out where it was parked at. Was not busy at that time. Didn't even verify the gas I went back inside to let them know it was missing 1/8 of the estimated. Instead of correcting it, they sent me to correct via a text that guide me to a website/app If I do all the work shouldn't I get a employee discount?. I remember when you use to rent it they will walk you thru the whole vehicle and explain everything verify stuff on the spot. And sent you your way. On the bright side The return was pretty easy and took less time that I expected.

Timothy BOnly thing that I had happened was the worker who I met with to obtain the truck told me to follow the guide on the paperwork to fill the truck back to half and so I did that. We were at just above empty so I put the 20 gallons the paper stated and when we drove the truck across the street to the location it was registering at almost full. Cost me $69 to put 20 gallon in the truck and it was almost full vs 1/2 tank. I feel like I was scammed to putting more gas into the truck than I should have going off the calculation I was given. As a single parent $69 is a lot of money.
