Nothing I ALWAYS have an excellent experience at the Gordon Highway location. Mr. Melvin trains his employees very well. The employees ALWAYS make sure their customers are ALWAYS satisfied. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GORDON HIGHWAY EMPLOYEES HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THANK YOU

We were originally scheduled to pick up a 20ft truck at the Broad St location in Augusta. When we arrived, our order had been changed in the middle of the night to a 26 ft without my permission. There was no 20 ft available which was not acceptable. The person "helping" me did not even bother to find a location with the correct size truck. I had to locate one myself. We had movers, who we were paying by the hour, waiting at home. What should have been a simple pick-up turned into over a 2 hour ordeal. I would NEVER recommend the Broad St location.

Friday around Noon only one female was onsite to assist a half dozen customers who were there to pick up equipment. One person cannot do it all. Better personnel management and/or scheduling of personnel resources is needed. Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback. Return service late Saturday afternoon at approx. 5:30 p.m. was exceptional.

Brandon was the only employee there at the time then. He was new employee at the store for 3 weeks but did an excellent job and was very polite and courteous.

I reserved a truck that wasn't ready and not cleaned or serviced, then we had to call roadside asst because the ramp wouldn't go back in also BRAKES NOT WORKING PROPERLY, INSULATION HANGING FROM UNDERNEATH TRUCK, BRAKES SQUEAKING, ALL I GOT WAS 1 HOUR LATER TURN IN TIME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Overall, Work more closely with us to meet our needs. I requested a trailer for 9:30 in the morning, but the response I received was that I could pick up the trailer at 10:30. This turned into 11:15 because of the line of people at the Dunwoody facility. Although it is convenient to receive text message information, it doesn't allow an interaction to try to address a timing issue, like the one I had.

I was quoted a certain price and was charged something different. After a 40 minute wait for customer service I was given a claim #. The manager at the location called me back and told me I was taken care of and I received an email stating that, however when I looked at my bank account I was charged a separate fee, but still no refund. This is taking to much time out of now 2 of my days to get this rectified.

When I arrived at the location, it was locked up. Found another U-Haul location down the road where a very nice employee agreed to take my rental. He said the computer line had been knocked out at the original location. A sign on the door directing customer as to where to go is all that would have been needed.
