Allow there to be a specific phone number for the place because the people that answer the phone are not connected to the specific location, therefore the people at the location do not receive news or information updates like they should. It is a lot of miscommunication.Kylah T.

When I arrived Saturday morning. There was one young lady who was the only person working. She was very friendly and helpful but overwhelmed. She was checking out equipment and checking in equipment. She appeared to be only one working. She said someone else was fixing a car and she didn't have any help for 3 more hours. She needed more help.Lowell S.
The initial order process was smooth for hitch installation. Had to drop off my car, no biggy. Took the whole day, again, no biggy, times (covid) were different. However, I assumed that everything worked. Didn't check my hitch lights. And just assumed. Well, after two runs with our trailer, we noticed we had no lights. Bought a tester and it's the actual wiring. Called the ONE store in town who installs and I can never get a hold of anyone. The phone rings for 15 min then is sent to a central customer service bank who say you have warranty, just take it in. I cannot just do that as they require reservations. But there is no way to make a reservation for warranty issues and calling doesn't work. It's been 6months of me trying to coordinate a time. It's quite pathetic and ever so frustrating. No help from anyone.Amy H.

No nothing else humanly possible. I wished all locations had the same customer service I experienced here. Professional, quick, and so helpful. I started to try here first after purchasing some boxes at earlier in the week. This location was recommended by my friends. The experience with the one on Orange Avenue and S Monroe was not good for me or my friends. ThanksCORVETTA A.

The equptment was in poor repair. The oil light was on the entire time and the truck shook. The charges at the store were higher than when I reserved the van. I am due a refund for the overcharge and I was also charged a after hours fee that was not explained to me. I dropped it off at midnight to make sure it was there for the 8am regular drop off, I don't understand why this would incur additional charges. The truck was old.Robert D.

I could not return the truck using the mobile app. UHAUL could never track my location so I could not notify that we returned the truck the same day. I was charged $100 missing charge. We left dolly in truck, keys in box before 24 hours was up.Ellen C.
Yes the girl that helped me was very nice on Captial Cir NE I rented a truck for 8am but didn't make it there tell 10am because of my job so they cancelled me I didn't no they would do that and Saturday is the only day I can move but she was so nice it took about 30min because all the trucks was rented out but she found me a truck I would love to think her because she was calling around and on the computer looking I think she can tell I was stressed out I'm a Nurse so Saturday is my only day offRegina H.
Well, I don't know why my order had to be changed from the start in Jacksonville? I did make a reservation and to have to drive 2 hours out of my way to drop off site is really not acceptable! You don't tell your customers that do you! Both drop off sites were out of my way and the extra gas and time and getting a ride back to Panama City. It would have nice if that was explained but No and I feel like the charge of the rental should reflex that this customer were certainly post so others can be aware that U.haul treats customers this way!
