The location doesn't allow you to wait for your vehicle this not what I was told by your company. Disappointed Also the manager refused to cut and reinstall the panel removed during the installation. Disappointed Management did get my vehicle done in a little over 2 hours Great but didn't reinstall the panel they removed during the installation.

I also brought the truck back early and didn't get refunded for any of the days i didn't use which doesn't make sense to me. On a positive note the individuals at pick up in pensacola were amazing! Great communication and great prices, wonderful attitudes and they seemed to care a lot about our experience. Drop off went well but at first the truck was parked in the wrong spot and when they demanded we move it we kinda snapped because driving a 24ft truck when you planned on a 20ft or less is very stressful and we had to tell them NO we are not driving that thing again but after that customer service was great and we had no issues at drop off

John HI don't recommend this company AT ALL. Not only are the prices for everything through the roof (a roll of tape costs $5!) but they can't seem to actually reserve the equipment that you need. My fiancee & I needed to move, as our lease in our apartment was up, so we reserved a truck and trailer for my car 2 weeks in advance. Easy enough right? WRONG WRONG WRONG! We went to pick up our truck & not only did they go back & forth on whether they had my size truck or not but they also didn't have my trailer at a SINGLE location in Tally AND their mobile truck pickup doesn't work!! So, now, I have moved and couldn't bring my car with me which is costing us so much more than it ever should have b/c now we're going to have to drive 7 hours back to Tally just to get the car. What the F%^* is the point in having these systems to RESERVE things if the system doesn't work & you don't actually reserve the shit people asked for?!?! This company pissed off a lot of people last weekend & I guarantee, we're not the only ones. Up yours U-Haul, I will NEVER use your company again. Good luck to anyone using them.

Clinton BEasy pickup but the van smelled strongly of cigarettes. It also has a lot of small body damage. I completely understand that little dings are going to happen, but this one probably needs some attention.
Trenton STruck was dirty when I picked it up. When I returned truck to where I was told to drop off, the app would not work. I could not drop off the truck 3miles from my home, I had to take it 15 miles to drop it off or be charged $20.00. I had 3 U-Haul dealers 3 miles from my home.

Van mostly fine except part of the inside just fell off as I was driving, and the gears grind when starting. I didn't have 4G on my phone in this location, and the internet kept booting me off as I was filling out the online pre-scan.

Paul LI couldn’t pick up my Uhaul at 6:00! It would not crank. I couldn’t get another one until 9am. It delayed me and I had to pay movers for two extra hours. I’m demanding the rest of my 49 dollars back.

STEPHEN KFirst off the truck had barely to no gas in it when we got it but that’s not the main reason for my rating. We just moved today expecting the trucks to have been cleaned but no, partially on me I should have gotten a mattress cover to protect my mattress, but the truck I used had bed bugs in it which have transferee onto my mattress. I’ve never had an issue with bed bugs in my entire life and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered such thing. I don’t recommend using this location or even this brand because of this issue. It is extremely gross and unsanitary and customers should not have to worry or deal with their furniture getting infested with bugs because of a vehicle they moved with.

Did not receive a voicemail or email letting me know of the change. Additionally, the doors of the truck had a difficult time closing, even when pushing hard to close them.
