The young man who was on Saturday May 14th at 7 p.m. was very disrespectful to my daughter and myself but the lady who booked it earlier that day was very nice and professionalvera M.
There was a mileage issue with our truck. There is no way we drove 14 miles in that truck. It's 1.5 miles from the uhaul location to my house and 1.5 miles from my house to where we moved some equipment. We made 1 trip each way. In total we drove 8 miles max. And that's giving leeway. I hate to think that the mileage is being rigged but that speedometer made no sense. And the whole experience was dissatisfying. I paid just to avoid an issue but I will be avoiding that location in the future.Simone N.

The staff at the location were wonderful, however I expressed extreme disdain for going to this location to customer service and nobody cared. East Flatbush is an extremely dangerous neighborhood and as a young woman I was extremely uncomfortable going there. It's not accessible via subway train and even though it was only a few miles further from my original location it added nearly an hour onto my trip to pick it up. I got great customer service at all the physical locations but the lack of care about my safety alone is enough to make this my first and last U-Haul rental.Cole S.
Pull the trucks out to a safe spot for Customers to pick up so that they don't have to do it them self to avoid damages like what happens with myself hitting a Posed in the lot wild trying to get the truck out from where it was parked. GraciasSHAWNA M.

I waited three hours and got redirected to a completely different location after they told me They lost my van. I've never had such a bad experience with Uhaul. The attendants at this location had one working computer.Robyn A.

Entered reservation under corporate account and entered all information required, including credit card to hold reservation. When our staff went to pick up truck he was given a hard time. Staff saying need credit card, not taking printed confirmation from UHaul to look up and rectifiy situation. Staff was rude and obnoxious.clark M.

I rented a van last weekend that was clean and charged for mileage when I didn't even use 10 miles in. Today April 16 2022 I rented a van that smelled so horrible from the front and back if the can. It smelled like sewer inside and I was so confused. I couldn't even be bothered and brought it back the same day because of the foul smell.NATASHa H.

I chose to rent in person and avoided doing it on an app on my phone. When I showed up, I still had to use my phone to complete the process. That's not this location's fault, I assume it's a Uhaul thing but I didn't like it. The uhaul website/app didn't even work on my phone and I needed to get help from the staff and the woman who helped me was friendly and took care of it.Coleman B.

Customer service was not good. While I was there many other customers came in complaining about the service as I waited for assistance. I dropped off my truck ON TIME, I was told the truck would be inspected and I would receive my receipt via email. I received my email a day later saying I dropped it off one day late and received an additional charge. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!Chrisalaxsandra G.

When I made my reservation on March 6, this was not the location I requested to pick up from, and I received no indication from U-Haul that this was, in fact, the location of my rental until after I arrived at a separate location. I'm thankful to the attendants here who gave us a little extra time on our rental to compensate for this, but I'm nonetheless frustrated that U-Haul did not communicate better with me in advance of the pickup date.Gabriel N.

I went through the process of paying for everything via the app, uploading my license information, selecting the coverage. When I got to the location, I needed to do all of that again and the coverage was more than was I agreed to pay on the app ($16 vs $25). Make the process more streamlined between the app and when you pick-up in-person.Alexander J.
