Terrible customer service and check out process. I was supposed to do a mobile pick up, but ended up having to do a pick up at the counter, which took nearly 20 minutes to complete. After dealing with the counter, getting the van was straightforward.JOSEPH J.

The 17ft truck I requested and had to drive much further than anticipated to pick up wouldn't start. The battery was dead. So I was given a 15ft truck instead, which I probably could have picked up at or much closer to my preferred location. Cupholders and area under radio were dirty It was quite cold in the morning. When using heat a terrible odor came out of the vents. I turned it off because I'd rather be cold than breathe that in. Windshield was dirty so I tried to clean it with wiper fluid and the worn out wipers just made the dirtiness worse and just spread it around. If it rained that would have been bad. Other than that the truck was ok and drove well. Staff in the store was nice and deducted some money off my bill for having to use a smaller truck than originally requested.Robert P.

Not only was the service poor I came on time did not get a van until an hour and change later was not compensated for my time and was charged for the extra time of which was not my fault because of the service I was delayed lost money and the truck battery died which further delayed me and cost me money and NO COMPENSATUON APPALLEDGERMILA D.
The light-skinned guy that handed me the car was very rude and tried to cheat me. He gave me the car with a quarter- filled fuel tank but marked a higher spot in my contract. When I complained about it, he cursed me and told me to get out. I took a picture of it and went back to the cashier who now changed it. The same guy is the guy who received me when I returned the equipment. He charged me for out of hour fee even though I took the car 9am 11/5/21 and returned 8am 11/6/21 to him within the working hour. He also told them to charge me for 26 miles even though I used only 6 miles. He also told them to charge me 4Liter for gas even though I filled the tank more than quarter filled tank I got. I told him I was well educated. He didn't believe me. Now he is asking for a lawsuit to the management. The lady in the register also wanted me go. She was not even ready to attend to my legitimate questions of why am I charged a after the hour fee when I am returning the equipment to her even before my 24 hour in the contract. It was a second lady that listened to my complaint and took it to the manager. Open your eyes guys. Many guys that work in this location are thieves!OSAGIEI A.

I reserved a hand truck and was expecting to pick up one with my order but was told they were out of hand trucks since the Thursday prior... this delayed my moving and had i know that i would have made alternate arrangements.. This cost me a little bit more than i was planning to spend. I had to get 1 additional moving guy to speed up the process. This is an additional expense i didnt budger for.PERON H.
