I visited this location with my service animal after an accident nearby, let me tell you how terrific the customer service gal named Megan offered to watch him while I finished up with accident. So impressed to see my service animal look so incredibly well looked after I decided to rent here too instead of more expensive Lyft ride home. She deserves an award for her excellence!Michael H.
I called a couple of weeks before I needed the rental truck to make the reservation. When I got to the UHAUL location, they had the truck ready and the extras too.....unfortunately I decided to rent a larger truck. Even with the change, I was out the door in 5 minutes. All was good. I even stopped in and asked for an extra day. Megan said she would take care of it...and I was back out on the road. This was the easiest rental experience I've had. Thanks, Uhaul.JEFFREY S.
While I was picking up my ordered van, another customer was inside going on a rant about Derek Chauvin's trial, the convicted former police officer who murdered George Floyd, and the other attendant was nodding and emphatically agreeing with him. They then went on to talk about LeBron James' now deleted tweet about a police officer possibly involved in the shooting of Ma'Khia Bryant (the 16-year old girl shot and killed in Ohio). They talked about Black people going around "killing whites" because of police officers being investigated for their crimes. I'm not here to debate about U-Haul's position about racism in America, or with anyone who works at that facility, but the clear lack of empathy for BIPOC and casual disregard for other customers within earshot is enough to make me go elsewhere for moving needs (and obviously not recommend this location to anyone I know). I understand the attendants had no control over the other customer's rant, but to participate, agree, and engage demonstrates a lack of professionalism (and frankly, awareness and facts).Mike M.
Uhaul needs to have the truck's fuel level full when picked up. Then it is easy to just go to a gas station and fill it up before returning the vehicle. Starting with less than a quarter of a tank makes it impossible to know how much gas you need to buy to get it back to where you started so have to buy more than you used to be safe.Jeffrey T.

contactless check in was quick, though I was confused by identifying the truck number in the upper driver side corner (I was looking at the license plate), that's what you get for not reading directions.Eileen M.
The only thing I would say to improve on is when calling the number for this location, the hold time is too long. Improve on this this for customers would be great. I been using this location since 2012 actually, me & my daughter. I usually have to come in from the long wait over the phone. Once I called another facility because the website always says you guys are unavailable. The other facility answers their phones right away, but when I needed it for a particular day, they were able to reach your facility. The only two things for improvement actually is the phone line & the website. Everything else is excellent.Tracee T.

The girl that helped me was not polite at all. Kind of rude. Last time we were there it was the manager and he was very nice. Truck was dirty inside. Had issues and the wrench light came on. Could not get through to the store. Was not given any paperwork so just left it. Did not get fuel in it because it was not runny right. Again was not able to get through to the store. I can't believe they charged $40 for gas. I drove 9 miles total on a truck that had a quarter tank of gas. Because it wasn't brought back at a quarter tank I was charged for it! Heck $40 fills my car. It sure wasn't $40 worth of gas. She asked if we wanted to take it to get gas. Ugh no...we had a hard enough time getting around the careless drivers to get into the parking lot.THERESA C.

When my son and I first arrive no one was up front but we here someone talking on the phone in the back room and after about ten minutes, a lady came out with her cell phone and begin to help us. I told her my info and then asked about Wardrobe boxes. She gave me 2 wardrobe boxes and 2 metal hang bars and when I got home one bar was the wrong size bar for one of my wardrobe boxes. It was time to pay and she charged my card for the wrong amount and then the second time she couldn't get the card to work so I asked if I needed to add my PIN and she said no. After several attempts to charge my card, she finally looked at the screen and and noticed it was asking for a PIN number, so I added my PIN number. After I paid and she gave me the paperwork she disappeared, never giving me an inspection sheet, for the truck neither did she returned to give me the tools that I ordered nor to do the truck inspection. The other lady had to stop helping a customer in order to come and give me the two box dollies and the four-wheel furniture dolly I ordered with the truck. She put on the fuel gauge sheet a quarter tank in the truck, when it was a half of a quarter tank and the cup holder had Sunflower Seed shells in it. Very Poor Customer Service!Dwight S.

We rented a large truck for 2 days, there was a problem with the back roll-up door. We got hung up on 4 times trying to contact the support phone number. We took the truck back to the dealer to have fixed, but instead they checked us out, charging us for gas which we had not had the time to even try to fill up because of the issue of the back door not closing and the loose mirror. So we told them that we had rented for 2 days and where can we get a replacement that we should have had. They told us nothing was available and instead rented us a cargo van for about 4 hours. We couldn't complete our move and quite a bit of our stuff is still in storage - the stuff we were going to get on that evening and unload the next morning before bringing the truck back. The person who got us the cargo van was very helpful, but we felt like we just got brushed off. My husband and daughter could only complete one small load that evening when we were going to get the rest of our belongings. I'm very disappointed and upset with this move. We have used U-Haul for storage, multiple trucks and vans, and have been good customers. Now this. I'm very unhappy and now we have to spend money on another truck, another crew to round up, another month with things in storage all because the dang 24' truck could not get the door closed and the mirror issue. We are very upset about this.John H.

Even though there was a lock on the door of the trailer, there had been homeless people living in it. The U-Haul representative removed the lock and either didn't look inside the trailer or didn't care that it was filthy and full of bedding, trash and cigarette butts. I should have looked inside before leaving the premises but I ASSUMED that she had looked inside when she removed the lock. I had to fill my trash cans with junk and sanitize the trailer before I could start to load it.LAWRENCE K.

Last time I rented from this location everything was great! This time this inside of the windshield had stuff all over it. It was obvious nobody cleaned the inside. Due to covid and knowing it wasn't cleaned I was highly disappointed. Especially since I take care of my elderly parents. :-(DEBRA M.

There were 2 customer service employees and no coustomers at the time I arrived to pick up my rental truck. They were very nice and check-in was efficient. I was given the key and directed to the vehicle I would be driving but no one accompanied me out to check on its condition. I went back 4 * in regards to questions. The last one was in reference to the padlock on the back which I had never experienced before. I think additional courtesy credit been extended by somebody walking out to the rental vehicle to answer any questions which might arise.SHERRY R.

I returned the truck with a full tank and was charged $7.50 for 2 gallons of gas. Gas in this area is $2.19/ gallon. So they charged even more. How many people does Uhaul rip off?Tonya D.

This location had several employees, none of which were wearing masks. This made me feel that my health and safety were unimportant to UHaul employees.Ivy G.
Although a nit was there that it had been sanitized, it was not even wiped down, dusty and debris. No big deal, we were moving short term and are not germaphobes it rode rough and the check engine light was on, but got the job done! So I am pleased! One note to remember... I went in to reserve it on Sunday, for Tuesday. The young man said I was set up. 9am Tuesday I arrive to find out that they young man "quoted" me, he did not reserve the truck. Luckily they had a truck available as my staff/help and everything was set up for this day. All worked out and the young lady was pleasant when fixing the issue, but it could have been bad. So, that is why I mentioned it. I love this location as they are always the quickest and most helpful. I would always go here! Even with the hiccups.BRENDA L.
New management is shady, the white lady with blonde hair who doesn't have the least bit of customer service. I had a trailer stolen 3 weeks ago, and the manager won't answer, or return anyone's calls or emails to the police not the insurance company regarding the two videos they have of my trailer getting stolen. I then when I go in to ask her about it, instead of talking directly to me, she talks through her employee to tell me instead of being the manager and handling the situation at HER location. If you ask me, they are in on my trailer theft, and the multiple storage units being broken into durning the last month by a huge Rv that's been living on site which is illegal, they are probably in on that too.ANTHONY L.

I rented this trailer on the recommendation of a U haul representative for the purpose of moving a TV the same as they were using at their facility and when I arrived to pickup my utv from the person I was buying it from it would not fit on the trailer we called the U haul location that told us the trailer would haul the utv and they wouldn't even try to help us. The gentleman at the location where I picked up the trailer was great and said how sorry he was that the trailer wouldn't work for what we intended for it I returned it and was not charged I was very impressed and appreciated all he did for us.TIMOTHY S.
