Key drop not marked out well as online it shows yellow pole with a box. Had to walk around to find that the key drop was in the enterprise rental door on back of the building.

The two employees that helped me on Friday were excellent. I had a small problem with the trailer wiring and they both came out to make sure we corrected it and I was safe to go on the road with the trailer. Kudo's to this facility for having such dedicated employees! I would hire either one in a minute if I was in the marker for a good customer service person.

I have a motorcycle trailer, but it is too difficult to remove from my garage behind my house. The trailer from Uhaul is so much more convenient and inexpensive to rent. The Uhaul business on Dort Hwy is very efficient and professional. I use this business frequently.

I ran out of gas less than 1/2 mile from picking up Uhaul. Your roadside service wanted to charge me. I had to get a friend get gas. Attendant said it had 1/4 tank, it did not. Awful experience for a 61 yr old woman. Make sure trucks have GAS!
