The vehicle exterior needed to be washed, and although I noted it, I was fine to accept it as is. The interior was very clean.
David B.My Ubox was delivered LATE by 6 days. When it did not show up on the date guaranteed I called the Spring TX location to seek the status. After many call transfers and holds I was finally connected to them but nobody knew where my Ubox was at and could not tell me the status. This "circus" lasted 6 days! There is a disconnect between UHaul and the shipping contractors when tracking a Ubox that needs to be fixed! Because the Ubox was late, you, UHaul now has to reimburse late fees of $300.00. Customer service is lacking and your process does not lend to a professional business practice that one would expect from a nationally recognized business. Thomas G.Excellent service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We've moved across states three times now and I wouldn't do it any other way. The uhaul pods are super convenient and get your stuff to you without the anxiety of driving a big truck across country.

Cassandra L.Nightmare!!! There is such a disconnect within UHaul that I spent hours on the phone trying to remedy issues and beg for help. I will give this location some credit for trying to make it right for me based on the circumstances they were given so cannot say exactly who is at fault. These guys did get some issue taken care of for me after I had to beg and explain my situation but they really need to be friendlier; I really felt I was a burden on them and Uhaul and all I wanted was normal service but instead got horrible service with the majority of the company. Still have not heard back from anyone in the company after many requests to speak to management. I will sadly NEVER use Uhaul after tihis experience. This was by far the worst move ever and I have moved a lot!

However -- the box clearly had been subject to some rough handling, since there were two places (one on the side, one on the back) where the plywood had been hit hard enough to create a hole. Because none of my things happened to be against those parts of the plywood, there was no damage, but there could have been if I had packed with a different arrangement.

Juan B.I went here prior to my trip to make sure I purchased the correct tow ball for my hitch to rent a trailer. The sales guy told me I had to have a 1 7/8 tow ball but when I got to my pickup spot they said it is standard for all uhaul trailers to require a 2 inch tow ball. Had to buy another towball . The rep here who recieved my trailer when I dropped off the trailer was great . I was in and out in 2 minutes .

Richard J.The check in and return process via phone is too slow! Takes so long for info to process from one page to the other. Took at least 20min to get the truck, then again that long to return. Also the lock box to receive the key is really hard to open.

greg M.Inquiring with the customer a preference on tow. It was my impression that only a 2 wheel tow was available. Also, having more of each size of truck can be sufficient. I inquired for a bigger truck but was told the last 20' just got taken. I ended up throwing some of my valuable items and giving some away. Its harder for me now, I have to buy new items. Otherwise good service and speedy customer support.
Vanessa B.I guess your trucks are well maintained but they are terrible to drive. This is the 4th time I've rented--got the 26' on two occasions. Mushy suspension. Mushy brakes. Crazy loose steering. Unbelievable rattles and creaks in the cab. Probably nothing you can do about that.

Laura M.I ordered the trailer from a location 10 minutes from my home. Pick up was switched by the company to a location 40 minutes away. When I asked if I could return the uhaul to the original location, I was told no. Trailer was dingy and tires were missing caps. Never will use Uhaul again due to their inflexibility.

john A.Well, first truck they tried to give us had no gas and the mileage was about 100 miles more than what was listed. Replacement truck was fine. Still a bit confused by the three separate receipts I was sent once truck was returned. Initial quote was for $195 but entire rental ended up costing $450. We bought 2 boxes and opted to have Uhaul refill gas at end of trip. Gas was listed at $97. Fine. couldn't find line item for boxes, but still not clear where extra $150 came from.
Nicole U.There was an issue with our first reservation, so they were very kind and cancelled it and booked us a new reservation so we would be able to do the mobile drop off at 7am and not be charged a $20 early drop off fee since they did not open until 9 am, but our rental was due at 7 am. We arrived roughly before 6:45 am to drop off the rental and the mobile drop off was not working and the help line had over an hour wait. We left at 7:15 am after not being able to do the mobile drop off due to the reservation never being on our online account. We were charged the $20 fee for them to process the return of the vehicle “after hoursâ€. The whole point of them rebooking our reservation was solely to do a mobile drop off and not be charged the $20 fee but they clearly did not do that right because the booking was nowhere in our account, we were unable to do the mobile drop off and we're still charged the fee. We've never had this issue with other locations and this location will be a last resort option for us now at least for mobile bookings.
