First of all I chose mobile pick up/check in. It did not work. This was second time this happened at this location. Then I get billed for cleaning when I barely used the van. I transported a musical instrument for a few hours that was it!

It’s in a rough neighborhood, that’s really the only reason I wouldn’t recommend this location to a friend. The service person was great, but wasn’t wearing anything to indicate he worked there.

The 1st truck had a homeless man who defecated and puked in the truck! The replacement truck had no gas in it. I had to gas up as soon as I'd left the location! The only positive of this venture was the kind clerk who apologized graciously for the 'damaged' truck and the lack of gas in the 2nd truck. He showed great poise and was great customer service!

Great experience checking in. Representative was very professional, courteous and helpful. Returning the vehicle was another story. The individual in the UCF shirt lied and tried to charge me $134 when the true cost was $89 (a $45 difference). I explained the gas issue how I got the gas at a lower level and he said it was all taken care of. When I disputed his suggestion that I have the receipt emailed and that I’m “good to go,” when we went inside the helpful representative fixed the issue. This UCF shirt rep said “I don’t know how to change the gas.” So he knowingly tried to charge more. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be going back for that reason. I would recommend the location because of the helpful rep, however I would add a caveat to make sure you don’t try to get scammed at the location because a $45 difference is a scam.

This truck renting experience was excellent. I was able to reserve a truck and when I arrived the young man had it ready to go for me. My wait time was less than 5 minutes. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this UHAUL location. Thanks.

I lost my key and was given misinformation from a staff member resulting in additional expenses. Further, when I finally spoke with a manager, he promised that he would reduce my cost due to the misinformation but when I received the final bill, nothing had been adjusted.

The truck I picked up was unacceptable for a 1000 plus mile trip. Front end vibration at any speed above 60 mph was not going to work. However, the truck I traded for in Daytona Beach was very good.

Staff was helpful. Location of business is the only issue. Lot of strip clubs and street walkers around, but otherwise no negative remarks towards staff or service

The staff was excellent. I felt like he went above and beyond for us. The location isn’t inviting at all but not because of the Uhaul store, is just in a rough part of town so the surrounding area isn’t inviting. Shop was clean and well maintained.

The gentleman at the Orlando location was very kind. However- I was guaranteed a 20 foot truck at 8AM but the store did not open until 9AM, and I was told there was no truck available at 8am. It threw all my plans out of wack & I’m still very upset about it. I was told by Uhaul (on the phone) that I would get $50 for the huge inconvenience. I was very disappointed that I had to sit at this Orlando location in the parking lot from 7:55 until 9:15, with people helping me move just standing by. It was pretty unprofessional.

1 800 U Haul helped. I could not reach the location. I was trying to reach the location for a courtesy call. I was running late. Did not want to infringe on another customer. Customer service took care of me well. Local Gore Street location Orlando. Never returned my messages. Avi handled everything at dropoff time. Great location so far. I am a regular U Haul customer. Mostly renting vans as my need arises

I was told when I first rented the trailer that I could add a extra day for $25 and change my contract to a 1 way. However when I showed back to do just that another guy was there and he said I had to rent it for an additional four days instead of 1 to make it a 1 way. I don't appreciate being lied to and now I am $150 short of money and being on disability that's a lot of money

I used two furniture pads/blankets and when I dropped the van off, the uhaul rep told me to go back and fold them. I don’t mind but it felt awkward and completely unnecessary to make your customer go back and fold a blanket after I just spent $70 for using a van for 3 hrs.

I will never recommend U-Haul to a friend, I will never use U-Haul ever again in my life. This was the worst customer service experience I have every been through and can confidently say that I hate U-Haul because of it and will share that information as much as humanly possible.

When I got the truck home to start loading it, we discovered that someone had spent the night in the truck. It had old food, bread, and banana peels smashed on the floor and urine in the corner. We had to clean the truck before we could use it.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any company that I ever done business with. I'm pretty sure that I will never use your company again after being ran around in circles by employees over the phone, being told that yes they have it, and when I go to book it they don't. Being told that that the term " Not Recommended " means prohibited and even showing up at a location being turned away without the trailer I reserved. I began calling uhaul from the side of the road around 9am et an at 9pm et I still had not been able to get the trailer. It wasnt until Sunday morning (Easter Sunday) that I was finally able to get the trailer with the same exact vehicle I showed up with the day before. Btw I would like to thank uhaul for destroying my Easter. Instead of being with my family and enjoying the day like every one else, I had to deal with what should have been done on Saturday, had the fine employees of uhaul done their jobs and not jerked me around for the fun of it. One person would say one thing and the next would say the opposite. And to top it off the manager of the location that I picked up the trailer was such a jerk that It made me decide that for the next time I need any thing at that you carry or service that you provide, that I will take that business to Penske, Ryder or any other company than yours and I will be sure to email my receipts to you guys so that you can see the money going to your competitors instead of you. Holidays are special times when you have children. There are only so many Easter egg hunts and such that you get and you never get to rewind because you have to do something and miss the event. Thanks to uhaul I missed one of the few and getting fewer events in life that I will never get to share with my family and Daniel didnt think that was any reason to offer a discount or any type of an apology for there part in this fiasco. In short I'm not sure what companys provide everything that you do, but I will find out, because this type of treatment by a company that I am spending my money with is not only unacceptable it will not be tolerated.

Daniel was super friendly and helpful! The trailer ramp had big holes in the metal grating that would cause wheels of the heavy equipment to get stuck. Should be repaired.

When we arrived the parking lot was pretty chaotic with trucks everywhere (not in actual parking spots) but the guys were really quick about getting everyone on their way. Originally we booked a mobile pickup at a different location but they did not complete the reservation so we were sent to this location. For being short notice, they really did do a good job.
