The front bumper was sticking out and the engine sounded like it needs some serious attention. Fearful of breaking down :\

When I received an email confirming the receipt I couldn't open it so I called customer service, only to find out I was charged for a gallon of gas of which I know I returned the van with same amount. Poor attitudes and service at this location

If I scanned my drivers license picture into online registration why did she need it again 2. She had my picture on the drivers license so why did she need to take my picture with her phone)

That doesn't really bother me, but I was being honest in the box I checked above. What I do want to say and be made known, is that this was hands down the fastest and easiest UHaul rental I've ever done. I was in, out and hitched up in about 15 minutes. More often then not, I'm stuck standing there for 40 mins. This location has it down. If needed, I'll rent here again.

Ulysses C.The truck I rented had flashing lights on the dashboard that said there was a problem with the engine and tires. I reported this to the people behind the desk. They told me that this was not a problem that the lights were always on even when it had been serviced. I stated that I was uncomfortable driving a truck with flashing service lights on the dashboard indicating something was wrong with the engine and tires. They told me to just ignore it and that they did not have another truck to substitute for me. They said I could rent a more expensive truck if I wanted but to ignore the flashing warning lights on the dashboard. I thought this was dangerous and unprofessional. You always located on Cherry and Carson avenue in Long Beach California.

The employee didn't even tell me it didn't have a jack and I had to bring people with me to return after hours and take it off my hitch. Also the tie down loops were loose. I had to tighten them. Employees at this location have always been in a bad mood and not friendly.

John B.Used the mobile app which assigned me to a truck that was already assigned to someone else. So now the mobile app experience is nonexistent. Went inside only to encounter the most unprofessional staff. Was eventually assigned to truck #2 but the driver seat doesn't adjust and the gas tank had a hole. Went inside again and got assigned to truck #3 which met my needs. Turned in the truck with quarter tank of gas which is how I got it but still got charged for 2 gallons when returned. Glad to have my stuff moved but too much hassle dealing with unprofessional staff at this location.
AndrewJan G.First vehicle had no gas, was told gas line was cut, second vehicle had warning lights on, was told it was sensors, was asked by employee how long I would have vehicle, I said probably 3 hr, it actually took about 6, got charged for extra day( 19.95) wanted to tell a manager of unhappy experience, was told they weren't in and won't be till Monday ( 2 more days. Asked to have extra fee removed, was told NO, that's the policy, I'm a veteran and Senior, she acted as if she didn't care

RAYMOND M.We registered for the self serve option which did not work correctly. When we called customer service we had a 30 minute wait time to speak to a representative and when the representative did answer she hung up on us! She had our phone number on file and didn't even call after hanging up on us! One would think that if the call center representative knew she did not address or solve our problem, that she would have courtesy to call us back after being disconnected even if it was an error on her part. The call center and employees that we encountered were all very unprofessional. When we returned our equipment, the representative was upset that we requested a printed out receipt for our transaction. I would not recommend this company to friends or family in the future.

Although I was second in line with one customer being serviced, I had to wait over 30 minutes before I was helped. Each customer takes up about a good 15-20 minutes. The customer service reps are very helpful and polite. However the long delay in service is not good.
