The trailer had a flat tire with me both on the way out and on the way back. On the way back, when the tire blew out, I had to rent a bigger one for fear of having an accident. It was an unpleasant experience. and I still had to pay for the price difference on the larger trailer.

The manager served me and advised that they do not accept after hours drop off. I told him I had a flight early in the morning and he was very direct that they do not accept after hours and that they do not have a key drop. I called uhaul customer Service to see if there was another location I could drop off after hours and they advised that all locations allow for this even the one I was dealing with. I told them my story but they just said I could bring it back. So around 9pm I returned it and there was 5 other vehicles in the return area and a drop box. Why was the manager of this branch Lying to me? I will never deal here again..the worst in life is people who lie? I could have missed my flight because of what he was adamantly telling me and that was untrue. Bad bad bad.

Gavin really took care of us today and made the experience seamless! The move took longer than anticipated and when I called Gavin to see if we could extend my reservation he was so accommodating. I have rented U-Haul‘s at Home Depot before where they hold a large deposit and are super strict on the timeframe. From now on I will go to Gavin for a stress-free experience!

I am a frequent renter, several thousand dollars with Uhaul. At this location staff consistently asks me to use the 24/7 online check in feature during regular business hours, so he doesnt have to check it in himself. Consistently I have not recieved my contract via email (I prefer paperless, more economical and efficient for myself as a business owner) with the gas gage so I have to guess how much fuel to replenish when returning, resulting in more money out of my pocket for unnecessary fuel.

Worker was not nice, nor helpful. Just told us to return online. We did that and followed instructions to unhook the trailer then he was mad at us for doing that! If he would have helped us to begin with, he could ha e told us how he wanted it done. No customer service at all at this location.

Requiring the customer to sign in and sign out the vehicle is a bit disappointing. I rented from UHaul about 18 months ago and I don't remember being required to do this. It really speaks of lazy customer service. If the daily expense was less if I did it, I could understand; but it's not cheaper. Also bring the truck back with the same fuel level is annoying. My truck had 1/8 tank when I picked it up. I never drive my cars with less than a 1/4 tank. So guess what happened? I returned it with a 1/4 tank. Great for UHaul, shitty for me. UHaul should require it to be topped off upon return, period.

There was no problem with this location. Staff was as helpful as they could be. There was, however a HUGE problem with my experience overall. I had a trailer reserved at the Castle Rock location, with a pickup time of 2:30pm. An e-mail was sent to me at 2:22pm (while I was driving to the Castle Rock location) that said my reservation had been changed, and that I need to be at the Alameda location for a 2:30pm pickup. The Alameda location is 30 miles away from the Castle Rock location, and the opposite direction from my house. Why didn't someone at least call me on the phone, preferably more than 8 minutes from my pickup time? I can't read emails while I'm driving. Your customer service really dropped the ball here. I appreciate the discount I was given, but the experience overall was NOT pleasant.

Take the 73 mph governor off the trucks please. I couldn't even do the speed limit on highways 80 & 90, and the mileage when the truck is bouncing off the governor is awful!the tuck had a six speed tranny and it never made it to sixth gear before it started slowing me down.

The drop off process was ok. They were really busy but once we were helped it went pretty quickly. The site was pretty congested and multiple drop offs at the same time made it a little more challenging to get the trailers maneuvered into place.

Honor your reservations. I was scheduled to pick up at 8pm Friday night. When I got to the facility there was no lock box left for me so I was pushed to the following day at 7am. This through off my while moving plan. To make it worse when I arrived the next morning to pick up the truck, I was told the dolly that I had requested was unavailable now because my reservation was changed. It only changed because this location messed up my original reservation. Tighten up please.

Refer them all to this location. Manager and staff were all friendly and eager to help. We had a fleet truck break down and needed to rent a trailer to fulfill our business obligations. Originally we rented it for 1 day as that is the estimate given to us by our mechanic. When we found out we would need it for the whole week they're it happen. Even though they had another booking for that trailer they sourced another one for that customer allowing me to keep it while I needed. Pick and return were fast and easy. I hope another truck doesn't break down but if one does this manager and this store will be the first people I call because I know they will do everything they can to protect my business. Pleasure to work with, I'm very thankful.

The floor of the driver's seat side was covered in a sticky puddle when I got the truck. I was in a hurry from being delayed by the store clerk, so I peeled out of there to get on with my move. Upon arriving to move all my stuff, I found out that the moving pads that I paid for weren't in the truck. I ended up using a variety of blankets, pillows, and cushions from my home as padding for all the large furniture I was moving. It was fine since we made the best of a bad situation. However, when you pay for something like pads to make your move seamless, you are planning on having them available. The fact that we had to improvise was an inconvenience that I had directly paid to ensure I could avoid. When I returned the truck I explained my experience to the employee checking in vehicles. He said they'd refund me for the padding I had purchased. They did not. I ended up paying for a service that I didn't receive. PS: This all occured after the U-Haul digital reservation failed to give me a code for the lockbox containing the keys to my vehicle. After 10 minutes of the online service failing, I asked the clerk to just get me keys asap and I'll do whatever he needed. He didn't try to fix the issue for me until 45 minutes had passed and I had asked multiple times. He then just checked me in to a vehicle normally and I didn't have to deal with the corporate U-Haul online service anymore. Kudos to him for helping me, but, considering how long it for him to help me, combined with the fact that it was such an easy fix for him to do... It was aggravating to say the least. Now, I'm asking you, the reader. After being delayed for 45 minutes on a busy moving day by a corporate app that's "supposed to save you time" and being dismissed repeatedly by the clerk at the counter, then, eventually convincing him to help you get some keys and then finally getting into the truck and having a sticky floor as you drive away... Could you brush it all off because (silver linings) you can move today? Also, consider you get to the destination and open the loading door only to find out that you now have to move everything you own without the equipment you payed for... Would you be a satisfied customer?

They don't take digital IDs so we had to drive back across town. They also charged me $20 for gas even though we put gas in there that was more than we initially were given. When I explained this on my return form I was told I would be contacted by someone and never was. So now I'm out $40 and considering how expensive gas is that's unacceptable.

Overall truck was fine. The passenger door stuck pretty bad so we made them aware before we left. They noted that this issue was already listed. Staff was fine and got the job done. My biggest issue, please tell me how 6 miles equals a 3gl gas charge though? I was not happy about this as the indicator looked just about where it was when we left after going 3 miles away and then 3 miles back. It clearly indicated on the receipt that only 6miles were driven and this was just turning when we pulled into the lot

It was a good experience overall. The pickup location was just really tight because they had so many trucks on the premises. Getting out with the truck took some maneuvering and getting back in at the end of the day was also tricky.
