The service was friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the rental, there was a long line; but when another employee came to help with the line, it started to move much faster. I was in Zachary, picking up in Baton Rouge and on a one way trip to kenner. 20 miles allowance was appreciated but, there was still charge for going over which probably would have balanced out if the mapping was precise.GREEN D.

It was a horrible rental and I want my money back. I have issues with the trailer twice out of town and they told me I would be held liable to transport the trailer back. The staff at this location informed me on the last minute that they had no available trailers to deliver my U-box. They told me on the same day I had scheduled delivery. This poor communication was an inconvenience because I had made the delivery reservation five days in advance. They've had time to forewarn me of the lack of equipment. With enough anticipation, I could have changed my plans to arrive later at my new location. Staying on an empty apartment for my first night was inconvenient.Allan M.

I haul employee hooked up the auto transport . We drove a about 20 miles and noticed they didn't secure to hitch. Luckily it didn't bounce off. Lesson learned is even if someone else insist for hooking up trailer, better check it yourself.Howard C.

The truck needed brakes and made a funny noise when you turned it off. This was by far the worst u-haul rental I ever had. Was scared that the truck wasn't going to stop when I hit the brakes. They need to do maintenance on that vehicle.Monica S.
Upon check out the employee instructed me to leave the keys in the truck and i was good to go. I filled the truck to the level of fuel that i picked it upon with. When i got my receipt i was charged over $60 dollars and the fuel level reported was well below how i dropped off the truck. The $30 service fee was dropped to help remedy the situation, but make sure to check out your vehicle with representative, do not trust everything will go smooth by simply dropping it off.JAMES C.
The younger lady who checked me out was wonderful. However there is an order black lady that works there and have been for awhile that has the worst attitude ever. I was surprised to see that she still works there being how angry, unprofessional, mean and unnecessarily rude she is each time I visit the location. I rent uhauls often and I chose this location because it not closet but more convenient for me but this lady is a very horrible representation of this company. She never has a smile on her face us rude and not helpful ever. I have never seen anything or anyone like it. It's disgusting that she is still allowed to work there with no consequences. I had a mobile reservation for a 6:30 am pick up, when I arrived at 6:15 I was informed that I had to have my vehicle hand delivered when the location opened at 7. The person working, told me that I just made the reservation that morning and that the truck wasn't ready. I showed her that I had made the reservation on Tuesday and then I still had to wait for the truck to be cleaned and ready. In addition, they told me that the truck was 3/4 full of gas but it was actually closer to a half tank so I left an hour later than planned and had to make an additional stop for gas. This cost me extra time and money as I had hired people to help with the move based on the 6:30 reservation.MARK A.

Hi was doing a in town move for a couple days so I rented a 10 ft.truck.the truck was clean and air conditioner worked well.but,radio did not work and had a cracked windshield on passenger side.also I thought was expensive when adding on the 79 cents a mile otherwise maybe would have rented for a couple more days.customer service was good.Paula L.

The Customer Service Rep I worked with was amazing! She helped me get my reservation switched to this location and made my stress go away! I was very upset prior to arriving at her location because my truck rental seemed almost impossible as I had gone to the location I originally reserved for and there was no one there!
