My wife & I appreciate you all! The team at the 39th Expressway location in Oklahoma City will take care of you & your needs. The day we rented a U-Haul, the weather soon became icy & it began snowing. You guessed it...we got stuck! Because of the time we lost while being stuck & due to the bad weather, we were given an extra day's rental, at no additional charge!! We thank the GM Nate! And big thanks go out to the Manager Nathaniel Sikes!! (He took really good care of us & our situation!) Go to this location, they look out for the well-being of their customers!! (Thanks again guys! Nathan was helpful, but I hate how the checkout process is now "paperless" and is done entirely on the cellphone. I couldn't get my phone's camera to work despite there being discrepancies. There should be an option for still having the paper forms to fill out for situations such as this. Also, there was as strong cigarette smell in the cab. Nathan, the employee who worked with me, tried his best to get it out, but it was still there.DAVID B.

the check-in was very easy. I was there at 7 a.m. Nate was very helpful and explained all. After I turned the pickup back in I realized I had forgotten my jacket in the truck. One of the employees was cleaning the truck when I returned and helped me locate my jacket behind the seat. I was very please all around with my serviceStephen B.
I, asked to for a 2 day rental just in case.. I did not get finished in time.. At, the time if of , I take told the young .. I'll call in by 2., If, I needed to extended my rental.. He knew that.. He did not call me , and asked if I needed the additional day.. That, location reserved that Rental, I was in.. I, had to go 20 miles across town to get an additional rental.. and have this rental back by 7.. I will never , Rent from this location! Ever, again.. when, your rental agents.. DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE OFFICE PHONE. IN WHICH I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES.. WHICH IS BS... I'M. DISPLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY , OVERALL SERVICE.. KEVINKEVIN A.
The only thing that upset me was the wait when I got there. I checked in online and waited for about 20 mins. The cashier then said I almost gave your truck away since you were late. I told him I was there on time but you let a guy cut infront of everyone instead going to back of line since he left and came back. Never apologized and just said that guy had been for 30 mins although there were other people that had been there longer waiting.Marsha R.

Having covid-19 rules and sticking with them. I watch the employee pull his gum out from his mouth underneath his mask throw it in the trash and then just stick his hand right in his pocket. That is unacceptable if I had time and didn't need the vehicle right then I would have went somewhere else. Then the other employee that was helping me. He had no mask on at all. The employee that pulls his gun out use the same hand to grab him a mask and then he put it on. I cringed the whole time I was in there. All I ask is just to have a little more respect for the public and your coworkers! I understand you can be nasty at home but when you are in the workplace it's different be respectful. The other thing I didn't care for was pulling people in with the 19.95 price. Then it also $10 for insurance $0.65 cents per mile and don't forget to fill the tank back to where it was. By the time I left out of there it was $55. All I needed to do was move two chairs. Maybe you should do a deal where it's by the hour. That would be really cool. Gracias por tu tiempo. Nothing. I needed a truck and Dilley that day and they had it. It was full of fuel and the person that helped me was excellent and friendly. Explained everything to me and gave me a card with his number on it if I had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you UHaulMARVIN P.

Service person was not wearing a mask. The GM was, but didn't seem fazed that his employee was not. I had an appliance dolly reserved, but they had none in stock. GM offered a furniture dolly instead, and then promptly let me know that they also didn't have that in stock. GM was friendly, and tried to right the transaction as much as he could by offering to wave furniture pad fees and utility dolly fee. Overall it was a medium experience, but I'll not return due to the mask issue.Donald S.
