My girlfriend and I have used this location a couple other times because the service and condition of the equipment was above average and we will definitely keep using this location for our moving needs. They have an awesome staff there

Nathan was helpful, but I hate how the checkout process is now "paperless" and is done entirely on the cellphone. I couldn't get my phone's camera to work despite there being discrepancies. There should be an option for still having the paper forms to fill out for situations such as this. Also, there was as strong cigarette smell in the cab. Nathan, the employee who worked with me, tried his best to get it out, but it was still there.

the check-in was very easy. I was there at 7 a.m. Nate was very helpful and explained all. After I turned the pickup back in I realized I had forgotten my jacket in the truck. One of the employees was cleaning the truck when I returned and helped me locate my jacket behind the seat. I was very please all around with my service

I, asked to for a 2 day rental just in case.. I did not get finished in time.. At, the time if of , I take told the young .. I'll call in by 2., If, I needed to extended my rental.. He knew that.. He did not call me , and asked if I needed the additional day.. That, location reserved that Rental, I was in.. I, had to go 20 miles across town to get an additional rental.. and have this rental back by 7.. I will never , Rent from this location! Ever, again.. when, your rental agents.. DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE OFFICE PHONE. IN WHICH I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES.. WHICH IS BS... I'M. DISPLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY , OVERALL SERVICE.. KEVIN

The only thing that upset me was the wait when I got there. I checked in online and waited for about 20 mins. The cashier then said I almost gave your truck away since you were late. I told him I was there on time but you let a guy cut infront of everyone instead going to back of line since he left and came back. Never apologized and just said that guy had been for 30 mins although there were other people that had been there longer waiting.

Having covid-19 rules and sticking with them. I watch the employee pull his gum out from his mouth underneath his mask throw it in the trash and then just stick his hand right in his pocket. That is unacceptable if I had time and didn't need the vehicle right then I would have went somewhere else. Then the other employee that was helping me. He had no mask on at all. The employee that pulls his gun out use the same hand to grab him a mask and then he put it on. I cringed the whole time I was in there. All I ask is just to have a little more respect for the public and your coworkers! I understand you can be nasty at home but when you are in the workplace it's different be respectful. The other thing I didn't care for was pulling people in with the 19.95 price. Then it also $10 for insurance $0.65 cents per mile and don't forget to fill the tank back to where it was. By the time I left out of there it was $55. All I needed to do was move two chairs. Maybe you should do a deal where it's by the hour. That would be really cool. Thank you for your time. Oh by the way my name is Rosallan Simpkins not Robin. Don't know how that happened but he got my middle name mixed with my first.

Nothing. I needed a truck and Dilley that day and they had it. It was full of fuel and the person that helped me was excellent and friendly. Explained everything to me and gave me a card with his number on it if I had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you UHaul

Trailer hook up took too long. First trailer hooked had broken wires. Very crowded parking areas. Guys were friendly and apologetic. Trailer drop off was a breeze.

Service person was not wearing a mask. The GM was, but didn't seem fazed that his employee was not. I had an appliance dolly reserved, but they had none in stock. GM offered a furniture dolly instead, and then promptly let me know that they also didn't have that in stock. GM was friendly, and tried to right the transaction as much as he could by offering to wave furniture pad fees and utility dolly fee. Overall it was a medium experience, but I'll not return due to the mask issue.

We wish that more pickup trucks were available at other locations. This is the only location where we can rent a pickup from and it is very inconvenient for us since we live 26 miles away! But the city dump will not let us do our quarterly free big trash dump in anything but a pickup truck or small trailer, which we have no hitch for. And by the way, both Uhaul locations in El Reno, OK are rude and unhelpful!! That is the other reason we use the one in the city.

You could ensure the tires are properly maintained before any customers rents or drives away from your establishments. We had a blow out on a tire that left us in the side of the road 1 hour into trip for 5 hours.

This particular location was very busy. Only two staff on site for a busy Saturday, The staff were trying to provide rentals, receive return equipment, check return in, clean equipment, asissit with trailer hook up and loading vehicles on trailers and securing vehicles. We tried several locations for a rental within the OKC metro area. Many times of availability are posted incorrectly on web sites. Many sites claim an available unit but then require phone calls as they are not actually available. Many sites have multiple vehicles on location but are unable to rent them out because they don't have the staff to clean and prepare for on site rental.

Let people knqw about the text based predeparture inspection. No one says a word at ANY location. Same for after hours drop off. You leave and then see a text to varify your drop off location but you are already gone and now need to go back.

The person who have me the keys was not wearing a mask. Despite the opening pickup time the truck was parked so that other vehicles had to be moved. There was a warning indicator to change the oil.

I pre-reserved a certain vehicle and then was told it was not available when I arrived. Since it was an emergency situation, I had to then rent a MUCH more experience truck instead. Instead of $150 I ended up spending $315 for the dirtiest, most rundown truck I have ever driven. The gear shift did not work properly, the cab was filthy and sticky, the suspension was terrible which made more an extremely uncomfortable ride. In addition, no employees were wearing masks despite the mandate. I will never use this location again and will warn other not to either.
