Picked up 26' truck from Coon Rapids UHaul at 9:15 am, after originally setting it up for pickup in Moundsview. Uhaul called the day before to inform me that I needed to pick it up in Coon Rapids. Dropped off Uhaul trailer in Waconia, UFC Farm Supply at 8:30 pm the same day. UFC was not open, so I left the keys in their drop box. Got an email today that I am being charged an extra day because UFC did not clear it with Uhaul until 9:53 am the following day (Sunday). This issue needs to be corrected and the $43 extra charged to be refunded to my card! I should not, and will not be fined and charged because UFC Farm Supply decided to clear with Uhaul after 9:00 am! I will be calling UFC Farm Supply tomorrow to discuss this.

I dropped the truck off after hours using a key drop. Everything looked fine, but I had no interactions with the staff, so cannot really say. Looked fine.

Two different size tires on one side of the trailer. Also one was really low on air when picking it up so they put air in the tire. After two hours it needed air again. Other than that, the trailer was clean and in good condition.

I had reserved the trailer over the internet, and the trailer was sold to another customer. The rep from uhaul called me and told me they could set up another trailer 30 miles away. They didnt offer to credit the account as the rep told me that it was my fault that uhaul travel sold the trailer to another person. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF UHAUL DID NOT HAVE A MONOPOLY OF THIS, I WOULD NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

U-Haul representative had trouble operating the software to get me set up with the trailer and underway. Separately, at another u-haul location, my appointment to get an "electric trailer harness" installed on my SUV went badly. I arrived to find that the "part" had not arrived. This was Friday, the part would arrive Monday and I was supposed to be in Waconia on Monday at 7:30 to pick up the trailer. Fortunately, another trailer and hitch company got my SUV rigged up later that same Friday so all went well.

I was charged for a dolly use and shipping blankets that I did not use. They were in the back of the truck when I picked it up. I’m not sure why I was charged? The blankets had a tie that was not broken by me and still in tact. The dolly had no tie present when I received the truck. That is a bit disappointing.

Left rear tail lite not working when I picked it up. Fuel was not quite up to the suggested mark when I took the truck, thus when I returned it and compared mileage to fuel "used" it worked out to 6 miles per gallon.....that is with a 500 lb load, one way. The agent did give a small discount to help compensate.

Rented enclosed trailer for weatherproof transport. We encountered rain coming down and the boxes & furniture inside the trailer at the front we’re soaked. There was no mention the trailer would leak if there was rain when we picked it up.

This has nothing to do with the pick up location and everything to do with the uHaul website and customer service. I tried two different weekends to reserve a 5x8 trailer both times receiving a call that what I reserved online was no long available without any kind of explanation. I was, both times, given the option to pick up at a different location (both about 40-50 min away from our house and in the opposite direction of where we needing to go). I cancelled the first time-understanding it was a busy moving weekend with being the first of the month and all... but for it to happen again, the very next time I reserved online it makes me think the online system is a joke. I confronted the poor customer service gal with this and she had no idea what to say except her mumbled “process and customer drop off” speech she clearly didn’t understand. I also asked her a pretty basic question that I feel a customer service rep should know. What type of hitch would I need to pull the trailer? A drop hitch? One that has a raise to it? She had no idea and ended up telling me something wrong. I called back later to ask someone else and I got her on the phone again so I just let it go and went with what I thought would be better.... which was good, because had I gotten what uHaul suggested, the trailer would have been far from level and probably would have hit the ground a couple times. My biggest suggestions are to train your customer service reps and fix your online reservation system...

Check-in was slow and repeated the on-line check-in I had already completed ahead of time. Final billing was inaccurate but was corrected quickly when pointed out to them. After hours drop off was a nice feature. Would give them another try, but not ready to recommend this location just yet.

Clean the box of the truck out so the user can start with a clean truck instead of having to clean it out first, also the steering is very loose has about three inches of play in the wheel, I would think this should have been fixed before being rented out!

U-Haul could try to not send the customer so far to pick up the truck. I was sent 30-40 miles away (2+ hr round-trip) and incurred a $55 Uber fee to pick the truck up. There were many closer U-haul locations. This caused a huge delay and forced me to cancel arrangements I had with movers to load and unload the truck. This was not the fault of the UFC Farm Supply, but U-Haul Corporate scheduling. I have tried to contact your Customer Service Dept. via phone and IM and could not reach a person and was hung up on. I am thoroughly unhappy, expect some type of outreach to me, as well as some compensation.

When I dropped off the vehicle the operator took 15 min to process the bill because he didn’t know how to operate the form on the computer. He then charged me for the extra 50 mi Which i had to drive out of my way, due to the debacle at the pick up. It was only $6, but he said the bill couldn’t be processed without me paying it. I tried to explain, but he refused to listen to me.
