Rental was perfectly fine. Movers we hired never showed up at the new address after they called in AM and said they were coming. We didn't know but at the time my wife was pregnant with twins. She helped me move everything into the apartment because we had no help. Long story short we lost one baby to a miscarriage and moving heavy furniture could have had a huge effect on that. so stop asking me for your business and reviews.

Jeannette OI would give 5 stars but this review is for UHaul as a whole. While the process of getting the hitch was relatively painless and the folks there were great in trying to help us out, the INSTALL process sucked. Or, well, it never happened. I scheduled the install online and would expect that if a location were able to be scheduled, that staff would be available. This was not the case. The location even tried calling around to other nearby locations, none of which had install technicians available. We ended up buying the hitch since it fit our vehicle, but now *I* have to install it last second before going on a major roadtrip. Again, the location was greater, but UHaul services as a whole failed us.

Jennifer OI was charged for two dolly's and only had one. Please give me back the 12 plus tax. I also received a call on Tuesday that I didn’t return my truck at a different location than the other one. Not sure why that was.

Randolph BI had asked the guy here if he could find out why I was charged $357.00 at pick up instead of the $227.00 that I was told I had to pay at pickup and he couldn't find me answers either. He did tell me to call 1-800-uhaul and see what they could find it for me or that I could come see his manager the next day to see if he could find me answers.

April gWe reserved a 26 ft truck and was told no problem, but when we went to pick up the truck our reservation said a 15 ft truck and they had nothing bigger which cost us time and money, not happy at all

April gI have been using U-Haul for over 40 years this last experience I felt I shouldn't have been charged for the first trailer I rented for they told me I needed to rent it and after driving 350 miles give or take a few Kubota tractor that I told him I was going to haul wouldn't even fit on the trailer I told him what trailer I wanted to get and he said he wasn't allowed to rent it to me because it wasn't big enough so after I got up to where I was going I ended up having to drop the U-Haul that I rented down here in Zanesville and go find a U-Haul up there rented it and had to pay for that also I had to haul my tractor down here drop it off take the trailer back up drop it off and then get to Zanesville trailer and bring it back to Zanesville I'm almost 70 years old with a bad back that was a long hard drive I hate to bitch and I've never bitched before about things because I know how life is but this time it was a little aggravating
