Not with the abusive and unprofessional employee donat. She verably abused both drivers , refused to run cc that have used with you for years, refused to give her name, said she had no number for manager. We found a card and the manager had left at 4:45 and his cell did not work. She said she never was given names or # of upper managers, told them to get out, she refused ot speak to them, when they told her that they also used this visa card with them. Armando head driver has gone there for 5 years for the co. and they even had his name. After telling them to get out go get another cc. They left took back another visa and she then said tell her to get her butt over her and she had to sign for the truck, so get out. Then Ms. Allen, who has been in business for 71 years and her company known everywhere called Matt, then pam, they sent her to Castle Hills u haul and they gave us a truck immediately. It was filthy inside. However, I am not complaing about that due to the urgency to get a truck for floral delivery. . Yesterday afternoon I spoke to Sam Molina, who I have conversed with many times of the years. He was very professional and nice as the other employees, when they heard how Doant treated the men and said she would not gove her last name and uhaul didn't need it. either. What are you going to do about this. She will ruin your business among other situations. Ms. Allen

The GM at this store was AWESOME and super helpful! Too bad the customer care folks are HORRIBLE and don't seem to care about customers or their jobs. All I wanted to do was change my trailer drop off location. It was a NIGHTMARE...no one could help or they instructed me to call the new drop off location. After almost an hour of multiple phone calls, we simply gave up. I took the trailer the Vance Jackson location and they took care of everything. U-Haul has a MAJOR disconnect in philosophy between the between the "customer don't care" number and the staff that are actually on the front lines.

Everything worked well only the vehicle smelled horrible. It smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it all day. I had to drive with the windows down the whole ride because it was impossible to breath in there most especially for someone who doesn’t smoke like myself. Other than that everything else was okay.

Chris was very nice and professional. However, he was the only rep around and it took 45! Minutes yo get the equipment/cargo van. There were several people waiting. I even ordered everything online to expedite things but yo no avail.

The 410 location was not my original drop off location. That was the 3rd location I had to drive to to return the truck because the previous 2 locations were terrible! Won’t be renting from U-Haul in future.

Wait was extremely long. Truck stunk so bad. Old cigarette box with filter made it worse. I return truck and got charged for the estimated mileage even after I told the guy I didn't drive the 76 miles I thought I would, but only 58. He only laughed and charged me for all miles because he didn't go check. So I told him I wanted a correction on my charge, he went out checked the and said he adjusted the price, but I didn't get the credit. Will not use again.

We had to wait 55 minutes to get served as the representative was trying to fix someone else’s billing problem. The representative did not acknowledge us waiting and he could have helped us first and returned to the other customer. We were done within 10 minutes but wasted almost a whole hour. The truck we got had no gas and the passenger side seatbelt was missing the lap strap which is illegal to drive. Sry unhappy with our experience at this location and wil not return.

The employees were so friendly and helpful. I also called their number while we were renting the vehicle to see how much gas to put in it so that we could return it with the same amount that we began with and I talked to a girl, I believe her name was Ashley, in your call center. She explained what to look for on the paperwork and how to read it. TY for all of the great service that your employees gave us. We will definitely use this location again.

I had completed all the documentation online prior to arriving to get the trailer, but was asked all the same questions again. I was even told the rate and asked if I wanted the insurance, which I had already paid for. I expected to just have to provide my drivers license and get the trailer.

This Motorcycle Trailer was absolutely the best! Well built and handle extreamly great. A joy to use. The crew at the rental dealer were great and very friendly and helpful. I found my Uhaul Dealer.

The staff was very helpful. However the cab of the truck had an overwhelming cigarette odor and ashes on the floor. Since I had time constraints I cleaned the cab out to try and eliminate the odor and proceed with my son's move to Denver.

This was the third drop off location I attempted to drop the trailer off at after attempting to drop the trailer off during business hours at a location that was much more convenient to me, but does not accept trailer returns apparently. The personnel at that location attempted to assist me by changing my original drop off location to 3344 Eisenhauer Rd, San Antonio, TX as they thought this might be faster for me. By the time I could get there it was after they had closed, and they have a gate that was locked so I could not get the trailer onto the property. I called the U haul customer service number and was directed to another U haul drop off location at 6575 Fratt Rd, San Antonio, TX. This location also has a gate that was locked which kept me from being able to drop off the trailer. I would have felt comfortable leaving a truck in their parking lot, but the area they keep the trailers at is behind a locked gate at night. Since the trailers can not be locked, I have no confidence it would still be there in the morning. I then tried to call customer service again, but the call was dropped. I then found the U haul of Vance Jackson location on google maps, used google maps satellite view to determine there was not a fenced area I couldn't get the trailer past. I was able to get ahold of customer service once I got there and got my drop off location amended again to that location. All in all I spent over an hour driving the trailer around in town at night I don't know how much time trying to get through on the phone wound up well on the wrong side of town from where I needed to be, all when I have a lot of things that needed to get done tonight, not all of which were accomplished because I had to spend so much time and energy dealing with trying to get the damn trailer returned.
