jeff hamiltonI was charged for being late when I sat outside waiting to be checked in for 15 minutes I had to go into the store to get the cashier’s attention she didn’t even know I had arrived and then when I asked why I was charged $59.99 the store worker lied to me and said that was the cost of the truck so I had to call customer service to see why I was being charged and the nice lady on the phone helped me dispute it.

Rita GrayThere are only ~4 parking spaces available, which back up right onto the main road so be careful. I had scheduled my hitch appointment multiple months in advance so that it could be installed on a weekend day with minimal inconvenience. When I showed up for that appointment, I was informed that the hitch installer does not work that day. It was rescheduled for a late evening appointment later that week, with the attendant telling me they’d be able to have it done in about 2 hours. On the day of the appointment, two hours had passed and I heard nothing from the facility. I tried 8 times to contact them to see if my vehicle was ready and they did not pick up. When I went in to inquire on when my car would be done, they said it would be 45 min. An additional hour and a half, for a total of 3 and a half hours, the hitch was done. The lack of communication and lack of appropriate staffing for scheduled appointments was abysmal. I should have asked for a refund at the first moment the installer was unavailable.

Rachael RyanWhen I first came to this location to reserve a truck and a tow an African American employee who's name escapes me helped me through the process smoothly, took me out to look at trucks, helped me reason through what size I would need based on the number of boxes and size of boxes I had, and joked around with me which I appreciated as we both happened to be fans of the same celebrity/musician. The second time I came to this location was early in the morning January 2nd and I met Michael who was very knowledgeable and explained the process in a way where I had every question I could think to ask answered before I even asked it. Michael also recommended I take out the truck without the tow dolly and load all my items before I hook my car onto the tow in order to make my move easier. I elected to follow his suggestion and it was a good tip. When I came back in the afternoon with a loaded truck Dempsey taught me how to put the tow dolly onto the truck, how to attach my car securely to the tow dolly, and helped me maneuver the truck and tow around a very tight parking space to get it out. Every employee at this location provided me with stellar customer service. I genuinely mean it when I say I got a 10/10 treatment. These three gentlemen are some of the best service professionals I've had the pleasure of interacting with as a customer. My biggest regret from this experience is not jotting down the name of the first employee I met with. I wish I could compliment him by name as well. These three employees should create training videos for your company that are broadcasted nationally. If my experience at every uhaul was like my experience today, I would never use any other truck rental service. I'm completely blown away.

Levi CastleI arrived at 9 am. the key to the truck was not on premises. an employee had taken the key home. so the clerk had to call around to manager and looked in the lock boxees and the truck itself. then she had to call another employee to see if he had the kay. by that time it was 9:30 am. he arrived at 9:45 and I was out of the uhaul shop by 10 am. an hour wasted. then by noon the clerk was calling me wanting me to bring the truck back. while I had reserved it to 3 pm on December 24, 2023. she kept caling me repeatedly. even after knowing I had it reserved to 3 pm. I didn't care if someone else reserved it after 3 pm. but I paid for the truck and being treated this way was poor business and won't recommend uhaul again to anyone. and will never use Uhaul again after my frist and last experience I had that was so bad and poor service. I would recommend reviewing company policies and training the clerks and managers that if customer has the truck for pickup at 9 to have the truck there with the keys. and also reserved for 6 hours. then let the customer who is paying for the truck do what they need to do so they can get the truck back sooner and by the 6 hour window.

Cindy DeGanThe trucks latch worked when we opened up the gate but when we we were done loading we noticed that the latch wouldn’t close so, we went back and they were very accommodating to fix it. But the truck was very rough riding and we couldn’t go over 55 to 60 without vibrating really bad.

Attendant was very good and apologetic for the hold up with the customer ahead with electrical problems. Over all this facility is set up poorly. The exit drive is never open as it's filled with extra trucks.

From Krystal on the phone to the man at the desk to when I checked out the truck and the man who checked me back in. They were all extremely professional and made the experience one that that will included be family stories for future generations. They all should be compensated with raises and additional vacation time. Not to mention a healthy bonus to share with their families.
