The man who helped us was very nice
Miranda DetoreApp is unreliable. Wouldn't recognize my device when at store. I am unable to update my contact information in app which explains why it isn't finding my phone. Luckily Cody at the store I picked up from is awesome and went extra mile to get me going.

wallace plassarasThe mileage was incorrect, the gas indicated on the contract was incorrect. If I had simply trusted the clerk, which I should be able to do, I would have been ripped off on both mileage and gas. He said, "The gas is supposed to be at a quarter tank, but it's at 1/8th. If you return it at a quarter tank, I'll give you a $13 credit." The tank was completely empty and the mileage was more than 20 miles difference, which I photographed. I thought the truck would be like $24, but it was $89. $13 is insufficient. I was in a huge hurry and didn't have time to download apps, create an account; make adjustments, etc., when I was still AT the center! It should have been correct from the start. Horrible experience. And, I missed my appointment. I have to figure out something else now. Argh.

Dennis BatkeI arrived for my pick-up a few minutes after the store opened at 7:00 AM and returned to dropped off the truck a few minutes before the store closed at 7:00 PM. I know that it was probably annoying to the staff members to have to deal with a costumer while trying to open/close the store. However, both employees were nothing but professional and were extremely helpful with everything I needed. I very much appreciated their cheerful assistance, especially as I am certain my timing was about as inconvenient as possible. Thank You for making a difficult moving process easy!

Laura NelsenWe had rented from this location several times in the past, and had never had any issues. But B this last time was a very different experience! Firstly, there was a lot of miscommunication with our rental, and then, when we went to pick up our trailer, there wasn't anyone there! Evidently the person who was supposed to open this location didn't show up for work. So this really threw our schedule off, and we weren't even compensated for this huge inconvenience! We ended up having to keep the trailer an extra day because of the delay in picking it up, AND we were charged full price for the extra day! Not very good customer service!! Not sure if we will rent from this location again.

Ray WilsonThe gentleman who was at the location rudely told me I was parked in the wrong area (my mistake). Employee: “Just so you know you are parked where trucks go. Customer parking is over there.” Me: “Oh, okay.” Employee: “yeah you’re blocking a lot of trucks from parking here.” This was a rude and unnecessary experience. I moved to customer parking and literally no trucks parked in the area I was in.

Tracy WalkerThe gas had been siphoned and we were given a van that was on empty. We were told that if we returned it with at least 1/4 tank we would be credited $26. The van was returned with more than 1/4 tank and we were not credited. I would like to get a credit on my card for that amount. The staff at the location was helpful and easy to work with. The van was in good shape. We would use this again.
