ISLAM BHATTII was trying to pay at the end of my rental and I had to use 2 cards well they took the money off ot F the second card but the first one was declined so I had to add money to the second card and pay all in one. Well, I never got the $222.10 that they took off the first try. And they said it would go back to my card but it hasn't. Very unhelpful.

I reserved/rented a trailer, bought a tow hitch and when I asked for help (locking pin defective) the employee tried to use a zip tie as a cotter pin. I stopped him as it was unsafe and so he ignored me and went to break. Need better training/better customer service.
OBED ALEJOmaintenance all trucks,. the truck i rented had issues with the transmission an the brakes were not safe ,. i had to pump the brakes to make a complete an safe stop..the windows on the truck were not clean

Gerald FletcherI did not choose this location for a reason. It has a 2.9 rating on Google maps. It had one person working the desk on a Saturday morning when people are doing the majority of their moving. They did not have any of the furniture dollies available that I had specifically requested for my move which I reserved one week out. I was forced into this location because the jackasses that run your company did not have the U-Haul that I wanted reserved at the place 10 minutes from my house and sent me to the entirely opposite end of the city in order to pick up a U-Haul that should be available readily in any location nearby. Please do better for the love of God. The only redeeming factors of this location was that the staff that I was able to deal with after I finally got someone because the first person was buried by some asshole that didn't know how to order a U-Haul. The staff was working exceedingly hard to make things happen at that location and the fact that there were only two of them was insane. Management at that location should be taken out back and shot. That is of course a metaphor for you should get rid of them. They are running that place on a shoestring budget. Audit them today.

Apparently the size truck I had reserved wasn’t available at the location selected, although the website appeared to show it was available. That would be my only recommendation, that what appears available online is indeed available.

Sam ChernabaeffFor the rental Process you get 5 out of 5-CLEAN. Just a thought: Just like at airports, you might want a place for overnight personal vehicle storage. You could add it for a fee. Also, I almost did not bother with this 5 for 5 evaluation submission, because it did not automatically transfer the contract information to the evaluation.
David HanleyI did not like the fact that I was put on the E Alert list and had to wait 30 minutes on the phone to get taken off the list just so I could rent the uhaul. They did not even tell me why I was on this do not rent list. I did not owe any money, there was no reason I should have been on the list and they fixed it in 2 minutes and did not tell me why I was even on the list to begin with. It was very inconvenient and frustrating to be put on a list for no reason and delay my rental when I was on a timeline to move my stuff.

The employees were incredibly snippy with all customers and just overal not friendly. I would not return.

Not a big deal, air fresheners made it bearable. At least the truck was clean. So good job on that! Overall 4.5/5 experience
Cyrus AnthonysThis dealer never answers his own phone. Impossible to coordinate any activities. First appointment the parts had not arrived. Wasted 90 mile trip. They told me they would have to trim some of the rear fascia/bumper. I had installation instructions from U-haul internet site and said no. It was finally installed with no trimming. Excellent results after all that. Took over 3 hours but well done.
