Silverino NI like this U-Haul location because it has extended hours and all services needed. It does lack for parking but is excellent otherwise. Fortunately the on-street parking in front usually has space and has a bike lane between the parking spaces and the traffic.

Anthony WI had a great experience with hiring movers through U-Hauls list of helpers. D&T Relocation sent a great mover named Deron. He helped me move across town. Deron is experienced, efficient, and friendly. He even brought extra moving equipment to use, without charging me extra. I would recommend his services to anyone wanting an easy move.

Jessi NMy only negative is that U-Haul pushes using the APP too heavily! It took too long to actually connect with a person. You can't just call the local store! The people actually working at the store were great to work with. the person I finally was able to make my reservation was Great, BUT it took WAY too much to finally get help. I don't do APP's and you need to improve your Customer Service! It wasn't any fault of the 12th street store; U-Haul needs to have a phone option to talk to a person at the very beginning.

lori oI usually use the app, but with this reservation it kept telling me to call. Finally reserved for pick up in Monmouth or to have you call the day before and move it to SE Salem. Long lines at the store and of course my app said to call. They offered me a discount to return to a different location 60 miles out of my way. They told me I could call and return to original location. When I called to do that it took another 40 minutes. Nothing about this reservation was simple or easy. My app usually is a great it failed all the way around this time. Everything took much longer than it should have.
Joni MUpon returning rental I was charged an extra $20 for after hour fee. The rental was dropped in allotted window shown on the contract.

Sheeya WI drove the truck for a total of 5 miles, I told them 5 miles when I picked the truck up, and yet I was charged an extra $12.90 with no explanation or receipt. That 20% more than the original estimate.

Dena OParking and equipment drop off is pretty tight at this location especially when it’s busy. While trying to drop off my trailer, I got myself in a bit of a pickle. Although I wasn’t at the official drop off lane, staff was more than willing to come out and help me unhitch, and get out lol I have rented from this location before. I will run from them again. Thank you so much.

doug mI was very disappointed that I had to do all of the check-in on my phone. I SPECIFICALLY chose not to download the app because I don't want to use my phone. Then I get to the check-in and spend 20 minutes in line only to be directed to a web form to fill out. When I inquired about a paper form, the response was, *our printer is broken, we can't do paperwork. Try connecting to our Wi-Fi.". As a customer this response makes me incredibly frustrated. I should not have to use my personal device to complete your check-in process. Especially since I had already chosen in-person over the app.

James MHave used this facility multiple times because it is a convenient location. Each time the vehicles have reeked of marijuana. This last time an employee tried to tell me that I damaged a vehicle, and had to pay an over-inflated amount for repairs. Needless to say I did not damage the vehicle a they provided no evidence of said damage. It was a total scam that I will be reporting to corporate. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
Anthony GHi, just wished there was parking elsewhere, not on the one way street. And also, I recall a while back, that, the Insurance mandatory fee, was only $5. I noticed they added another fee of $11. And also, I think all uhaul locations, should not REQUIRE a MAJOR CREDIT Card, some do not have one. And not TAKE off card at all, until RETURN Equipment. Because, I had to pay with my Card and I wanted to pay in cash. I don't think that there should be a Mandatory CC needed to hold or reserve. Thanks,
