After 40 years as a UHaul customer I was 100% dissatisfied with my experience. Issues: 1) Truck was nearly out of gas at time of rental. Unacceptable to force your customers to estimate gas usage in advance ( I asked the manager about MPG to calculate what I needed to add) 2) Truck back filthy and had mulch all over. I needed to sweep it out before use. 3) No dolly on the truck 4) Gas level after the return UNDERESTIMATED and I got charged over 8 dollars for more gas (I have a PHOTO showing level was very close after the rental) 5) I had the truck until 9pm. Returned at 7PM and I STILL got charged an additional day. 6) App was not working at time or return (I was told by a Uhaul employee to write app not working on the paperwork and include with the keys. I STILL got charged a convenience fee! HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND and now I'm in a dispute and may cancel the entire charge with my credit card company for deceptive practices and improper charges.

John BThe trailer was old, but in a decent shape. It is a little confusing to figure out where we need to go to pick up the equipment, since there are 2 buildings. Once I got to the right place, it was pretty simple and straightforward to get the trailer and go. Returning the equipment as easy as well.

PIRK EOverall, the rental experience was good. I arrived at the location in time for pickup and drop off. Picking up the rented item took a bit because the person at the desk was busy at time of pickup. But, within 5 minutes they returned to the desk to help me with my reservation and getting my item. Use of the item was made super easy as they hooked it up for me and made sure it was working properly. The same happened at drop off. Navigating their lot was somewhat of a challenge due to the location of the U-Haul place and “tight” environments due to overall location and spacing of the dealership itself. Returning or checking out the unit was a breeze. Unplug/unhook and go. Overall, a pleasant experience with no problems.

Marc SJamie was amazing. It was a hard move for me and my daughter, but Jamie made the process easy and smooth. She even greeted me the day after I dropped the truck off, cause we thought we left my daughter's keys in the truck. She is a valued employee and she really knows her stuff.
Joel DI dropped off after hours. Lot is on a slight incline. No chalk blocks available. Also app did not work for check-in. Perma spin on location within the app.

Jason BPlease have the equipment checked before it’s handed over to the customer. The dolly belt was broken and I could have been in an accident. It could have caused my life.
Vilma GTried to call for 2 days to check on status of hitch. No one answered or returned call. Very difficult to reach by phone, all they want to do is set up a rental reservation.

modou tTruck was not in good condition. Driver mirror would not stay adjusted, just spun. Right side needed a better mirror. Truck did not seem like it was shifting soon enough. Seemed like it was going to high revs befor shifting. The people in the office were great. Very nice and efficient.

EMANUEL JLocation parking is a bit difficult. Very difficult to pull in and get set up for the rental or have someone meet me there when dropping off the rental. Not sure how it could be improved, though.

Well done and much appreciated, keep up the great work. When I picked up and returned the truck, I was greeted by I believe her name was Jennifer (from paperwork). She was very kind, professional and helpful. Great customer service goes a long way and I appreciate all that was done through the rental process!

Jeanene GUpon arrival there was no one available for customer service. Additionally, the location smelled like cigarettes. Once I was helped, the staff did not know where the truck was located and it took quite some time to find.

Angela Aemployee was 22 minutes late to open, she had problems with computer was alone then gave me truck went to get it had to go back in to have her move two trucks to get this one out.Customer service was helpful gave a small discount i'll be back in another three months to move again
RICHARD CThe door on the truck was very hard to open and close. It needs to be checked. We struggled with it all day. I rent from this location often and never had that issue.
