april wPlease do not schedule a pick up at one location and not having any available, when a truck is reserved a week earlier, and then ask to go pick up at a different location. The employee at the scheduled original location informed me that the truck he has on site have to be reserved only. So what was my reservation called??? He sent me to another location and informed me that my truck is ready there. I only had to walk 0.7 miles extra, but that is not the point. I hope this will not be repeated again. Thank you.

Julian WThey day I picked up my rental I was informed of a change in the drop off location. The new drop off spot was changed to Auberry, CA which is almost a two hour round trip in winter conditions. Then on the phone when I called to confirm my original drop off location I was told my only other option was Fresno, CA. Also an almost two hour round trip from Oakhurst. If these were my only options at the time I made my reservation, a week in advance, I would have made other arrangements. But my reservation was accepted for Oakhurst. I had no choice but to drop off my truck in Oakhurst as was stated in my original reservation. I was then charged a change of drop off fee. I’m disgusted by the lack of empathy to my situation by two customer service calls. I was basically told “Tough shit!” A very frustrating experience..

Michael MRental truck was in very poor condition. Headlights were dangerously dim, radio did not work, A/C worked intermittently, seat belt would get stuck and not unbuckle, holes/tears in the seats, etc.
Kyle CMaybe lower the boxes & displays around the clerks because it’s hard to see them & know who’s open. It is also not obvious which way to line up.

Caitlin LLocation is great, and staff is great. Only downside was that the trailer I rented did not have rear running lights, though it had signals and brake lights. Technician checked my vehicle and determined that fault was with the trailer.

Although the prices are triple what they are in Texas, my rental to come from Texas to Santa Barbara was $173. but taking the same size trailer back to Texas from here was over $700...... never ever again for me. OUCHY...
CARA JHave mobile check in trucks not stuck behind other trucks.
Elizabeth JI had to park my personal car in the neighborhood nearby which was okay but it would be helpful if there was parking at Uhaul to park my car for a day or two while I'm using the Uhaul truck. Overall it was a good experience. I liked Phillip P. He was courteous and helpful when I returned the moving truck.

John VUnable to view odometer because "Change oil" message blocks odometer. Staff struggled to find keys to van they allocated to me. Van had only 1/16th tank of gas.

AHMED EGenerally the truck is well-maintained, but the right side mirror mount could not be adjusted, making it impossible to safely monitor traffic on right.
