gas on gauge was inaccurate. had less then shown when i drove off the lot. i drove 20 miles total and had to fill 5 gallons to get to the level that was stated on the contract. how is that correct. van was parked on unleveled part of the lot which caused incorrect reading.

I've been at this location many times throughout the years. You've made great improvements at this location. I like the new prep and receiving area you've added. It makes picking up a vehicle easier makes the process much smoother and more organized. Which puts the customer on their way much faster. And returning a vehicle is much faster too. vehicles are inspected much faster eliminating any lengthy wait I've experienced in the past. Your staff is very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I never had a bad experience anytime I've done rentals with you in the past, but the changes you've made definitely makes it better place to do business with you. I'm very happy with the improvements. I got stuck in major freeway traffic jam a few years ago when a semi had hit an over pass and all traffic had to be funneled into a single Lane to exit the freeway. I knew I wasn't going to make my return on time. I made a phone call explaining my situation and wasn't charged extra for being late. So you have always taken care of me. And I really appreciated your understanding so you've always been good in my opinion and now you're even better.

bad service I get a receipt for 70$ then two days later I get charge 100$. I call the Uhaul in the city I rented the truck and the manager was not available until 2 days later. never got a call or a refund. never again I will rent from UHAUL.

I drove up and a u haul worker was walking down the driveway and points to me to move my truck back. I’m wondering were should I park so I find a spot to park as I’m walking in the office the u haul worker said to me your so posed to park there and I said sorry I don’t read sign language. I’m inside the office area scheduling my trailer and the girl taking my reservation ask me for my phone number and two more for emergency. I said why are you asking me for two extra phone numbers and the u haul worker standing behind the girl says that are policy. I said since when I just rented a trailer a month ago and I didn’t have to give two emergency phone numbers. U haul worker became very rude with me saying I was being rude to the girl and I said because I asked her why did I need two phone numbers. U haul worker told me that I can if I didn’t like I can leave and that he doesn’t want to talk to me because he was getting upset. I said if you want me to leave call the police I talk to billy seals and said those guys inside are disrespectful and should be warned not to talk to a customer like child. I was upset with the whole deal that I returned the trailer in 35 minutes. Since when do employees threaten to throw out a customer?

First time using U-Haul and made a reservation online for a 10' truck for 4 hours. I come in Saturday to pick up the truck and the worker tells me that my truck isn't at this location and I can't rent it out. I told them that the reservation online mentioned that if my reservation isn't met, then I'd get $50 credited back to my $100 order. He didn't honor that and ended up giving me another rental truck for a more expensive rate and for less hours. Previous reservation gave me 4 hours for $56 while I had to suck it up and pay $82 for 3 hours. Definitely will not be using U-Haul again and will just pay for movers in the future as they're more straight forward with their business. Please be more transparent to future customers.

Location was great, but it took TWO HOURS with customer service on the phone after hours to be able to get my truck I reserved. I was told it was fine by the location that my driver was not me, the account holder. In the system, it was NOT FINE. I had to jump through hoops and all sorts of nonsense just to get my truck because it locked me out of information due to privacy issues, which was because employees were clearly not informed this would occur. The system needs to be fixed so this doesn't happen!

Two hours before the rental truck was due to be retuned, I received a call from U Haul from a person that was rude, very rude. Not only that call was prematurely unnecessary , I had already called your center to extend rental truck for one more day. Wake up U Haul, you have a failure to communicate to your employees.

The first representative who helped me (I believe his name is Mike) was not very friendly. He wasn't particularly rude, just not friendly, had a condescending / patronizing type of tone. I didn't feel welcomed to rent from this store. Then I had to go grab something from my car, when I came back, it was a different representative (Raymond Garcia) who helped me. Raymond was friendly and helpful, I enjoyed the serviced provided by him,

The employees here were rude and unhelpful. When I asked one of them for help trying to get the truck with the mobile app, he told me to follow the prompts, and then walked away. This was fine, I understand that kind of response. However, when I was still struggling and asked him for help again, he was even more dismissive and responded that my reservation would be cancelled if I’m unable to get it to work. Another guy just walked past me without acknowledging me or asking if I needed assistance. Once I was in the truck, I had to get out again to ask someone to help me out because there were two empty U-Haul trucks blocking my way as well as other customers from the other side. Overall, this was just a bad customer experience and the driving out/in system should be re-evaluated for a better flow.

Upon arrival and returning the associates where on where to be found, once associates where seen I literally had to ask “are you working”? Customer service is extremely lacking.
