eric wThe employees were nice but the truck had failing safety breaks. I was not able to park the truck on the hill but had to carry all of the furniture down the hill to the truck. Although I rented a furniture dolly the site had none, nor did they have a regular dolly. The truck windshield was also very dirty with dug splatters and the inside of the cab smelled like an ash tray. It was the worst UHaul experience I have ever had.

trip cThey let another lady using my ID rent truck. Once her payment were declined, they sent charges to collection agency. When I got notification of this on 8/14/23 I went to location and spoke with GM Brian Hibbs and told him what the case was here and advised him of multiple incidents with this lady and police reports were being filed that day with all info gathered from him. 10/5/23 the same location let the same young lady rent another moving truck in my name 2mts later. REALLY!! Assistant MRG Timothy Mundt agreed a notification should have been put in the system. I've missed work, wasted gas and time due to the lack of knowledge of protocol and or procedures from a GM. I want answers but no one is ever there to speak.

ALAN DTruck rented was not cleaned well. Had some items left in cab and some dirt in rear box. This did not really affect why we rented it but would have if I were using it to move household items. Overall not a bad experience just some small things.

Robert LThis location was great, the staff was friendly and nice. My complaint about the experience is that it was a $30 charge to extend the time of my rental for 1 hour. If I was informed of this at the time of my booking, I would have booked longer for free just in case I would go over, but the person from customer service said the $30 charge was at the discretion of the location and I am upset I was charged it.

Jakolby REveryone I worked with was super helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable about towing a trailer cross-country. UHaul made everything super easy, from having all the packing material, ball hitches, locks, and even provided moving helpers, all from a convenient app. I highly recommend UHaul! Easy and totally affordable!

Jay KThe location is hard to get into and out of because of the construction on the interstate as well as the small parking lot. The truck I rented also had some small issues that should have been easily discovered and fixed prior to me renting it. The windshield wipers need to be replaced, the drivers seat was worn out and leaning forward, right rear tire pressure was low and I had to add air and the truck did not have cruise control.

DIANE JCharging a card a month and a half after a rental is ridiculous. Rented a small dolly on Oct 1 charged card November 15th. Very strange now will have to check my card for double charges. Seems very shady
