LUIS MMy only recommendation is the web page needs updating. When first researching for a Uhaul near me this place showed it was closed for Sunday when in fact it was opened.

Dinesh CStaff was very polite, accommodating and professional under some stress due to shortage of vehicles. The cause was the reservation system did not account for customers not returning trucks on time. This meant customers who had reserved trucks had to be told that none were available. Some amount of trucks should be held aside on busy days like end of month weekend days. U-haul should look at the data of missed returns.

Freddy EWhile my overall experience and interaction with the two employees who assisted me in renting and receiving the trailer was excellent, the same cannot be said for the poor manner in which I was treated by the employee who handled my return. Upon arriving on the lot, I pulled up behind a truck parked at the Vehicle Return sign and entered the building, Realizing there were no employees at the counter. I returned to the yard and discovered that an employee was actually in the truck in front of me. I waited outside my car, as he exited the truck (turned and stared at me, but said nothing), relocated equipment adjacent to the Vehicle Return sign, then returned and parked the truck along others located at the rear of the lot. He walked around the rear of the lot for 10-15 minutes, never once acknowledging my existence, nor assisting me. As he approached my car, I said "how you doing" , as I extended my hand to offer the U Haul contract. There was no response, as he continued to the rear of my car, unhitched and relocated the trailer, documented information on what appeared to be a cell phone, and proceeded to enter the building. At this time I asked him, "do you need this" (the contract), to which he responded in a somewhat agitated manner " no- you're all set". This was certainly not the best customer service experience.

Ross KManager on staff extremely helpful. The only downside is not having onsite parking so I had to park on the street, which in Lawrence, made me very uncomfortable. However, the only reason that I went to Lawrence was because the Methuen store did not open at the scheduled 7AM time, nor did anyone arrive by 7:30AM when I left for Lawrence. Nobody at the 800 number knew when Methuen would open, so they sent me to Lawrence. WHILE I UNDERSTAND STUFF HAPPENS, IF OPENING WILL BE DELAYED THE STAFF SHOULD CALL THE MAIN OFFICE TO PROVIDE REALISTIC OPENING STATUS. That way we could have made an informed decision on whether to wait or go to Lawrence. As it was, waiting in Methuen and going to Lawrence cost me well over an hour which caused me to finish in the dark.
