John G1. I arrived a few minutes late, no one wasaheadofme. The attendant stayed outside even after seeing me arrive and walk into the office. I assumed that there must be another attendant inside office. The one attendant came in after about 10 minutes. After renting me a trailer I had to wait another 15 minutes before the attendant helped with my trailer. Apparently, the attendant had to rent to the two customers that arrived after me. 2. The equipment rented was well maintained except for the license plate which is about to fall off. It was clean but not swept. 3. I would recommend this location to a friend because I always rent from uhaul and besides, I don't think there's another uhaul in our area. 4. The location is questionable but at least traffic is constantly present. It's just off the freeway at major intersection and there's also a gas station and restaurant across the street. But still, and for sure, always lock your doors when visiting this location.

claude tI originally placed a reservation for an enclosed trailer, when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't available. I ended having to pay a lot more money to take a 10' truck plus pay for the fuel and mileage. Very disappointed.
James MGood value, and staff attitude - which I will return for. It was concerning however that the associate did not know how much the trailer would rent for (until booking/paying for the rental). Also, he did not connect the safety chains which (after I connected and drove with them) fell off as I was untrained on how to connect properly.

Jeryl OLance was great. Not only did he handle the intake, processing, installation, and final sale of my trailer hitch, he also provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I have time and experience in a similar field, as well as a military background, and recognize the potential that this young man has. I doubt that his long term plans involve years of installing trailer hitches for U-Haul, so I would suggest that your company incentivise him properly to stick around before another business discovers him.
jerry gCab smelled like smoke, told the employee, didn't do anything about it. Was told I could drop off in Federal Way when I picked the truck up, went to the Federal Way location and was told it would be $3,000 if I wanted to drop-off at that location. So had to drive back to Lakewood which made me go over the miles I wanted.

Rita RI was charged for a extra day and 40 miles even though I did not request this. I will be pursuing a refund for the $43 and odd change.
Robert BThe truck looked like it hadn’t been used in months , the headlights didn’t seem very bright, the bed of it was leaking inside on the front passenger side in the corner. I was t aware of it until taking boxes out that ended up tearing down the side from the water. It was loud and a rough ride. I’ve never had any complaints when renting from uhaul, but this one I definitely would not feel safe if I was traveling even an hour away. Since I was only going down the street I dealt w it rather then the time it would take to switch out. But the rest of the process and customer service was great and fast. Which I do appreciate!

jacob pSome were for people to park. There is not enough room in the store for people to stand in build line goes out the door. Place is short staffed so things take way longer then they should . Overall staff did the best that they could for amount of people it had. I’d only go back because hrs are earlier then other U-Haul stores

ANDREW KWhile, the staff practices great customer service but kinda aloof. The equipment is lacking. I rented the 9" Van and it was completely filthy And smelt horrible. Thwre was standing water in the back which looked rusted. Had I not been on a time crunch, I would have returned it.

Lance wThere is no clear parking at all and it’s a very chaotic parking lot. I arrived at my scheduled drop off time and was told they had no idea how to check me in or if they needed any paperwork or anything and they’d call me if there were issues when the tech comes in. If you don’t have someone there who knows how to operate the facility, they should at least be calling someone who does. My hitch was installed and my wiring harness left completely free hanging with the housing that should have been mounted to the bumper and I was told to “tuck it under the bumper or do whatever I wanted to with it.” For the cost of parts and instal, this should have been done as part of the service. I had to then go and buy my own parts and install a housing on my bumper myself to properly fix the wiring/plug. I will be following up with customer support because it’s outrageous that I paid as much as I did for this result.
Sarah CI am disappointed with the service received today. The vehicle was returned on time to the location that it was picked up from. Due to staff changes within the company I was charged a fee of over $200.00 for a returned the wrong location fee. After I called and had that corrected I was then charged for an additional day of service even though it was returned on time to your location.

Solomon HNo rear tie downs on 16 foot car trailers, also was promised $50 if I’m not guaranteed a trailer. $50 was not received. Poor customer service, had an appointment at 6:45pm. I was having trouble getting my payment method to go through, and they refused to let me pay after it took a few minutes to get everything figured out. At that point it was 6:54pm and uhaul closes at 7pm, employee stated “there was nothing he could do tonight”

LAURIE AThe truck had a giant gash in the Passenger side of the truck, and the Passenger door was a challenge to close But the truck was clean and smelled like it was freshly cleaned.
Katrina BThe U-Haul that we had rented from had been burglarized and the U-Haul that we wanted had its gas tank punctured so they had to try and find us a new one which they did within the hour which was great but then because we had so much stuff we had to make two trips and they charged us over $900 it was ridiculous because of the mileage it's not unlimited when they tell you it's Unlimited it's not

Matthew VNo parking onsite. Fuel was only 1/4 and had to be returned as such due to high theft in area. Inaccurate fuel efficiency numbers provided made this hard to return “at 1/4”. You had to constantly monitor level that lagged real levels making an already difficult day harder. Consider full tanks with locking caps. Staff at the facility was awesome.
