Staffing at this location has been an issue. While I understand the challenges of recruiting and retaining adequate employees, please consider a recruitment effort for this site.

Karen HThe truck was in good shape and easy to use. The mobile app is terrible. At pick up and drop off the barcode scanner in the app did not work. It would not load my pictures. I did after hours drop off so no one was available to help me due to the app issues.

Ted KI placed an online reservation 3 days in advance. And order an appliance dolly. When I when to the store to rent the truck and dolly. They didn’t have any dolly’s available for rent. So I had to scramble around and find one at Menards. Also was charged for gas when I had filled the tank to where I had received the truck at. Went 6 miles and was charged 90 dollars for a 15 ft truck. I’ll never use U-Haul again

Joshua MBe a little clearer on all the extra payments (ie: .99/mile, the safe move fee, etc) just because I wasn't expecting to pay $60, I was expecting about half that since the truck is rentable for 19.95. Otherwise the guys working were friendly and pleasant to work with.
Michelle YIt was cold but no instruction was given to me about the n so I could not find the gas tank , it is inside the drivers door with a switch lever who knew, so my 19.95$ rental cost 100$ because they charged me 4.60$ gallon for gas. I have rented from here before and got a full explanation of the truck even just telling me would have been better they said I was not the first one who could not find the gas tank!!!!!
darbie fI would suggest more than one employee around 4:00 PM. There was one employee and three customers. The customer needing propane took a lot of time, and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes to return my truck.

Deborah C1) was that ld for n phone I could rent 10 bags (2 packs of 5) blankets with my truck rental, and I could get partial refund if I didn't open a pack. Wrong. When I returned the truck, I was told no refund on the blankets since they left the lot. I can live with the $5, it's not much, but the AGGRAVATION!!! 2) Two different U-Haul guys did checkout and check-in. Neither was friendly or helpful. Both acted like they would rather be a hundred different places than assisting me. Do you punish them for smiling? Customer service people should have some kind of interpersonal skills. Nope.
Richard LU haul needs to have a loyalty program....I have spent at $2500 renting trucks and trailers and have not received anything from U haul. I will start using the competitors if this persists.
