The Equipment was the best I have ever seen, folks inside were pleasant and got me through the rental process quickly and painlessly, which has always been a problem in Yeats past at locations in California I have rented from before. This location is run like a top shelf business. Thank you.

Carol GThe location was courteous and easy to work with. UHaul on the other hand was a pain the butt. If you make me pick a location that is far from my home to pick equipment up at then that is where the equipment should be. Made a reservation for a trailer. When making the reservation UHaul said there wasn't one available where I was wanting to pick it up so had to pick a place that wasn't close. Get to that location to pick up the equipment and am told the reservation was switched to a location on the other side of town.

This is not ok with workplace safety, because due to the property liability, employee productivity, and maintaining professional decorum. Not attending to customers due to caretaking for your child during work hours is inappropriate and should be avoided to ensure any emergency situation.

Demario GYour company has forsaken customer service for faster service. I had been working and packing all day. Phone was near dead, as I listened to music. The ONLY way I could finish my reservation and get the truck was with my phone. My phone died right at the end and I was almost unable to get the truck. Everything I had to do on my phone could have been done by your PAID agent/employee. They did not pull out the truck and it was CRAMMED in-between to larger trucks. They didn't even remove the window covering in the truck or do a walk around with me.

David SGuys behind the counter did not know what they was doing. Reserved the truck on line, went to location and they was helping a lady in front of me and they was charging her for all kinds of things she didn’t ask for including 3 dollys. I was worried I was going to get the same guy. And I did. I had a quote for 19.95 for truck and mileage of .89 per mile. He told me my total and we way over 100$ and I asked why. He said the truck rental was 89$ plus 100miles. I said I told you I estimate it at 20 miles. He said oh ok. Adjusted and till over 100$, I said that’s still not right, he rotated the screen around and pointed and grunted and I said I told you 20 miles and you still have 100 miles on screen. Another guy stepped in and he wasn’t sure what day it was as he had it on the previous date and asked if I just brought it back from yesterday. I told him the correct date and he proceeded. Still wasn’t right as he had it down for return at 9am and I was picking up at 5pm for a 4 hour rental, had to proceed to direct him to change the time from am to pm for return. Finally after 1/2 hour of doing their job I was out with correct charge. Dropped back off at 7:15 after hours. Was on hold with uhaul for return for 15 min and noticed people coming in and out of the office so I hung up and went in to return my keys. Walked in with a few people at counter and guy in a white tank top said we are closed with a loud voice, I said you can’t just take my key and I’ll be on my way? He said he’ll naw we are closed, I don’t know why you fools are in here we are closed… so went to my car and called uhaul again and was on hold for a extra 20 min just to check in the truck. The equipment was nice but the customer service was a joke. If I ever have to use another truck I’ll never use that location.

VAN BThe experience was pretty good. I had to pay a little extra for mileage because the U-Haul location near my house did not have a vehicle. I expected a little of the nickel and dime charges that most of these companies do, but not to this extreme. The one thing that I found interesting was the vehicle inspection and charges for minor damage. It quickly became obivous that I should just go ahead and pay the $15 charge for "Safe Move" insurance. There were hundreds of little 'X' stickers all over the vehicle marking the locations of little scratches and damage. There had to be several hundred little scratches that weren't marked with the little 'X' stickers. It would have taken several hours to put stickers on the unmarked scratches. It just seemed easier to pay the $15.
