I was very pleased with my rental experience. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the check-in and dropoff were both very quick. The only (small) downside for this location is that you can't make a left turn out of there.

JUDITH MI want to thank the mgr Sam for accommodating a last minutes request to adjust the time of my appt due to a death in my family and the timing of the funeral services. Both he and the hitch installer were friendly and courteous when i arrived.
Tamara EEverything was fine with the uhaul itself. The thing I think that UHaul can approve on is if there is a difference in what was paid the day of the rental you should not be charging your customers an entire week and a half later on the difference in price. That should be something that is done the day of or even the day after the rental.

SANDDY GWish there was some kind of loyalty program for repeat customers. I own a flower shop and rent an extra van during the holidays. Would be nice to have some kind of incentive like unlimited miles and a reduced corporate daily rental rate.

james lWe never expected to be using this location, during our move, but our 26 foot supermover, had a bad transmission and we had to have the truck offloaded to another one. This happened at this facility. They had another truck available. They were very helpful to us, made room for the two trucks in in their yard so that they could be put back to back for an easy move. Sam also helped us with the car dolly that we had rented and connected to a personal vehicle. He checked the car to make sure it was secure and had to make adjustments. I would absolutely recommend this location for your Uhaul requirements.
Stephen BI don’t think the truck was cleaned when given to me. In addition, the bed had a leaky roof and the drivers door didn’t shut properly.

jahniece aI reserved the furniture dolly days prior online specifically to move furniture and when I went to pick up the truck, I was told that another customer came in earlier in the morning and took both dollies for their own furniture move. If mine was truly reserved, it should not have even been available for someone else to just take. Thankfully I did not need it, but if I had, I would have wasted the entire day and rental without proper equipment and would have made a huge complaint and a bad review. Why bother to reserve supplies if it won't be there?

Bryant DThis is the absolute worst experience of my life . I was scared out of my mind . This is the shadiest and most unsafe store I have been to . I try to rent a trailer and I have an employee trying to get money out of me and intentionally faulting the equipment because he knew I needed it and tried to bride me . This is horrible . I can’t even imagine how many people felt inclined to pay more because they were in a crucial situation . Disgusting
CAROLYN HI was on the 24/7 share And it could not pick up my location to pick up the truck. The gentlemen inside does his job very well. Had me on the road within 10mins.
mark tthe equipment was clean and the service provider was very helpful and nice. the equipment did not smell like cigarettes as i have experienced in the past. pick up was easy. also i did have to call the service to switch my truck because i selected the wrong size by accident and they were SO helpful, calm, and collected.

Mark WI wish they would stop trying to upsell all the other stuff online.. confuses the hell out of me when trying to place a reservation. No, i dont need a moving helper, no i dont need a storage unit, no i dont need boxes, no i dont need picture pockets and bubble wraps and mattress covers and all the other stuff. Theres like 10 different popups. very annoying. however the men who work here are great and super friendly.

Terrence MI reserved a van 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival I was told the van I reserved was not available. I was given a truck I did not want.
ANDREW KThe staff was disorganized. My truck wasn’t ready had to swap out. I ordered truck saying no insurance and when my husband picked it up they changed for insurance. We only needed it for a couple hours. Always have ordered from here in past. Just questioning a few things this time.
joseph lThe location is always excellent. I was contacted by customer service because you let Amazon take every VAN in your fleet away from the locations even when people like me had reservations for months - which frankly shows me what U-Haul thinks of their customers. That being said, I was provided a box truck instead which I had to lug around rather than a convenient van. This however was not Customer Service's fault, or the location's fault. This is U-Haul Corporate showing the regular repeat users how invaluable they are to them.
WALTER BGeneral Manager, Sam Spillane was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for moving and storage needs.

randy uThe mobile pick up option was a nightmare. Not easy at all and had to go into the office to pick up. I still have not received a final invoice almost 48 hours later.
Michael JStop trying to upsell all the bullshit and stop trying to hide the final price. Its so shady that i never want to use this company again. my estimate was around 34$ . My final price was 51$ even though i delivered it early, drove less miles than estimated, and filled the gas tank up to full even tho i only had to fill it to like 3/4.
Dominic PCompany president, deptford uhaul. Your general manager Sam is rude as hell, the system kept messing up and not taking off the $52.54, that I already paid for, for the two days. So he gives me a $60 credit and puts just because he wants me out his store. He’s very unprofessional, rude, dressed like he just woke up, and stinks like smoke. I own two bread routes and rents trucks all the time, this is the worst experience I ever had from a truck rental company!
john cI was wrongfully charged for 2 gallons of fuel. While the money isn’t really a problem, I found it dishonest and will not use this location in the future.

kenith sI rented a box truck to pick up Siding, had to drive to Delaware when I picked up the truck it only had a quarter tank of gas when I returned it. It had a little more than a quarter tank and I was charged an additional $43 for gas which was supposed to be 8 gallons and a $20 additional fee, I asked the attendant to credit me that amount because it wasn’t accurate and they would not. The person I spoke to was supposed to have their manager call me back so I could dispute my issue and they never did. Poor Customer Service and I was overcharged. Chris DeGroot
