Jenifer CThe location was unforgivable. There was no service available at 1:50 p.m. even though it states that they close at 7:00. I arrived at 1:50 and waited outside speaking to 4 different customer service people in the cold with a sinus infection. No one could assist. Plus when I went that morning to retrieve the Uhaul the person behind the counter was on their cell phone and didn't want to stop their conversation to help me. I actually had to ask the gentleman to stop his cellphone conversation and assist me with my reservation. But that is the second incident. The original day I went into the prop, there were 3 men behind the counter and they all were on their cell phone. I should have never used this property to reserve my Uhaul. I should have found another location. I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER recommend this location. RUN find a find who can help instead. Don't use this location customer service was not helpful. They FORCE you to use their app and there is a fee to use their app. Never ever, never ever horrible experience. I and 9 other customers waited for over 1-hour plus and no one EVER SHOWED up to assist us. Stay away. Not worth the trouble.

Fedele MParked the vehicle in the space for dropping off equipment. Went into the store and the employee said that all they needed was the key so I handed the key over and asked if that was it and I didn't need to sign anything and they told me that was it. Got a call the next day saying nothing showed that I returned the vehicle and I told them I did and they said they would call the location and have them check. The next day I got ankther call from this location and they asked me again if I returned the equipment and I once again said yes. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was with returning a 15ft truck and handing a key directly to an employee but it was very concerning that I could potentially be accused of never returning the equipment just because it was mishandled.
Alex BWhen I picked up the cargo van, while the woman was pleasant and the pick up process quick, as I went to drive off the lot the van had all kinds of sensors on; the right tire needed air, the traction and stabilitrak sensor said off, the brake system service notification was lit and the truck making so many noises. I went in to tell the woman and she said it was okay, that it was just the seasons. I was in a rough and on a time restraint so I drove off the lot but I can’t say I wasn’t nervous. I have pictures of all of the sensor notifications that popped up or stayed on the entire time I had the van, which was between 3p and 7:30ish. Now it’s been 24 hours since I returned the van and I haven’t received a final receipt. I called the store 3 times in an attempt to request the updated receipt. The first time it was answered I was placed on hold and no one came back, I hung up after 15mins. The second time it was answered and I requested that I be sent the receipt the gentleman, with a strong accent, told me that the manager wasn’t there and that he’d be in contact. He never asked my name or number and when I pointed that out he hung up the phone on me. The third time it was answered, another gentleman with less of an accent picked up, I explained that I was hung up on and why I was calling, he apologized and took my name and number but I’ve yet to be contacted back and still don’t have the final receipt. I don’t find your trucks to be properly maintained or checked prior to be rented out and I find your employees to be a bit incompetent or simply put they just don’t care.

Mark RI believe the gentleman's name is Nate (when I bought the truck back) does a really good job, as did the young man that was at the counter when I checked in. Both are very professional. The truck was clean and ready to go with the hand trucks. Check in and check out were timely and customer focused.

LUIS LI had a great experience with Amari from the time I ordered the installation a week ago and again today when the hitch was installed.His customer service was top notch and it showed that he cares. I was impressed with the timeframe from the time I came in till completion.This facility not only met my expectation but exceeded it. The work done was very professional and in the future when the need arises, I will not hesitate to come back. Simply the best!!!

sabastian zI went on line to reserve a 5x8 trailer and did so successfully. When I arrived to pick up the trailer the man directed me to a trailer and said this is your trailer. I said I can’t use this trailer. I rented a 5x8 trailer. I got out my tape measure and the trailer was only 4 feet 3 inches wide. The golf cart I was picking up wouldn’t fit in this trailer. So I was shown another trailer. I measured that trailer and that one was 4 feet 10 inches wide. This is the trailer I ended up taking because he kept upping the price with the trailer as he said the bigger ones go for more. I don’t understand this because I originally rented a 5 foot wide trailer and I still wasn’t in that size yet. The golf cart just fit in the trailer that was 4 foot 10 inches wide. So had I went with the first trailer I would have driven 90 minutes one way and wouldn’t have been able to fit the cart in the trailer. Someone needs to do something about this. The trailers have 5x8 written right on them, but that is not the dimensions of the inside of the trailer. My contract # was 25656284. E-mail me back with an answer to this.
James CLet me be clear. This location is fine. I don’t hold it against this location for U-Haul’s terrible service. Uhaul promised that I would get a truck and auto transporter trailer. A auto transporter trailer was never delivered to the location. This site has everything except an auto transporter. The dispatcher never had a trailer in the area. Despite assurances from the reservation line that my reservation was ok and ready to go. So now it cost me an extra trip to drive back to Philadelphia with another person to drive the car home. I’m out of pocket for gas and tolls for an extra 1000 miles of driving and two days of time of both of us to come back to Philly area and get my car. UHAUL gave me a reservation for truck and TRAILER and they never had the TRAILER”

ANTHONY GThe U-Haul app does not work well. I was finally helped at the counter and I was in my way after a 20 minute wait. The van smelled of cigarettes and the tire pressure light would not go off. I stopped to fill the tires and it stayed on.

Jeffrey SI’m still waiting for a refund. I returned the truck and used 24 miles then I thought I needed. They charged me for 100 miles. I only went 76. I should be refunded that’s what they told me on Saturday when I retuned the truck. My card was charged the full amount.
John HWhen I rented the vehicle on 8/31/23, it was supposed to be at the Crum Lynn, PA location. FIVE minutes before I arrived (and I was en route), I get a call on my cell phone telling me there are no rentals available, and that I need to go to the next location in Chester, PA (about 4 miles away but NOT in a good neighborhood). Thankfully, the manager at Crum Lynn DID, in fact, have the vehicle I needed and helped me out. But COROPORATE Uhaul, calling me FIVE minutes prior to arrival, to tell me I have to drive further out (and in a bad neighborhood, no less) was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If it wasn't for the UPSTANDING Manager at Crum Lynn's location, it could have been a very different (negative) review. Major accolades to the Crum Lynn, PA manager.

CAROLYN WNo Improvement necessary. The associate was helpful and got me on my quickly even though they were very busy at the time. The equipment was in good repair and worked as expected. Even though I have used car trailers in the past, I took a few minutes and viewed the short video on the APP which was a great refresher. Drop-off was also quick and easy.
