My only issues with the 5 by 8 trailer I rented are: - the handle on the hitch shaft of the trailer is too high - it prevents me from opening the tailgate of my SUV, - the rope holes through the wooden tie down bars on the sides of the trailer are too small - - it's too difficult to force normal sized rope through these,

Juan CamargoEmployee that checked out the vehicle kept falling asleep for seconds at a time, it was bizarre. He would ask questions, eyes would close for about 8-10 seconds then would jerk his head back up and ask the question again typically 2-3 times each question. He was sitting down at the desk checking in, he either needs medical attention or was hung over? It took forever to check out the vehicle. Vehicle had less than empty fuel, scared me that I had to go directly to fuel station and put $30 dollars in the tank to get the low fuel light to turn off. Was told people are siphoning fuel, site needs to find another solution.

Edmund TrevinoThe guy who “helped” us was not very professional. I drove in and he kind of pointed to the location where we needed to back up the trailer. He didn’t give any clear verbal instructions but rather “grunted/mumbled” something to us. I had to clarify a couple times what he said. As we were leaving I asked if we needed to go in the office for anything. He seemed he was more interested in what was on his phone than our question (maybe he was finishing our checkout online - not sure).

MICHAEL ANDERSONThe check out after hours was a nightmare . The U-Haul app was hard to figure out and then when I did, it was intermittent. It kept kicking me out and I don’t even know if it submitted anything, pictures, comments, etc. I haven’t used an app from a big company that was so messed up in years.

LISA MATULICHMy truck felt very loose and needed maintenance. The "check gas cap" indicator was lit on the dash, even after I opened and tried to reseal the gas cap several times. The truck was hesitant to shift, holding on to lower gears far longer than normal. The steering felt loose. When I returned the vehicle, I waited in line with four customers ahead of me, all of us waiting for a SINGLE U-Haul employee for assistance. After 15 minutes, my turn came. There was some confusion over my pickup/return time/day, but it was sorted out to my satisfaction.
