Alex AEvery time I rent a van it always has a check engine light on for oil. I renters van at 6:30 pm and the manager knew I would be an hour 7:30pm. He never told me they close at 7pm and I would be charged $20 for after hours. I was just wanting to spend $30 to pick up a chair. Not okay business practice.

Lyman WPros: Fast availability and close distance to home. Cons: Vehicle was completely filthy, specially windows and mirrors inside out and had cockroaches. Also vehicle made a deafening humming noise when going over 70mph on highways.
Aldo CI have no qualms with this location. However, I'm quite upset that I reserved a trailer over a month in advance from the Margate location. I was supposed to pick up at 7am from Margate location down the street from my home to leave on a schedule at 8am. The Margate location told me there where no trailers located in Broward and moved my reservation to the Boynton location. I had to make a 60 mile round trip just to come back south and load up. This took one an hour and a half out of my scheduled leave time for my trip. Then having to bring back to Boynton after a 650 mile drive was quite displeasing. I am a frequent uhaul renter and do not comprehend why I make a reservation if there aren't any trailers available especially a month in advance. You need to do better Uhaul.
Michael GI signed up to check it out through the mobile app. When I tried, it told me that it was verifying my information and then didn't respond. I had to check out through the office. They were very nice and helpful.
Diane KDriver door to hard to close. Truck won't go 75 mph empty and in south Florida on 70 mph posted highways that is too slooooow!

Francesca KI have used UHAUL many times and I felt the staff at this location was very unprofessional and somewhat rude. Normally the staff at other locations are great and accomodating. Here, during both my pick up and return, the staff acted as I was an inconvenience. Directions of where to pick up my trailer and where to return it was insufficient. For example, when I was returning my trailer, I slowed down and asked the attendent where should I return the trailer. Initally, I was goign to pull into the lane that is marked for equipment return. Instead, the attendant waived his hands wildly and pointed to another entrance. When I arrived there, I once again had to ask where to drop the trailer. The attendant pointed to some spot and some I pulled there, only to be told once again that the attendant wanted the drop in yet another spot in the lot.

Leslie BThe desk agent at this location when I picked up the truck was fantastic - she was incredibly patient and helpful in allowing me to compare options between one way and local drop off to determine what made the most sense and offered the best value for my situation. My co driver had an issue with their identification and again the patience and professionalism of the agent was remarkable. This was probably the best interaction I had during the entire process of moving and again I really commend the location on their choice of employees and the agency given these individuals to offer customers the best service and an outstanding experience overall.

Ilan KLot far to small for the number of trucks and trailers. Unable to park in lot for hookup of trailer for 30 minutes, blocked. Try to sign in and get the trailer on pickup but computers broken again, had this happen in past as well. Had to return an hour later for pickup. On trailer return U Haul trucks with dead batteries getting jump started and blocking access on trailer return, had to park on street and wait. Not so friendly attitude by some people working there. Better attitude needed by some people. My trailer worked fine, trucks with dead batteries block access. Not enough room. Cars parked on lot blocked exit. I never use U Haul in Chicago where other trailer companies are available and provide better service. In Florida there is no other company near me that rents trailers. Multiple visits to this location have been made, never a great experience.

Enrique DVehicle had bad battery. Was given to us dead. Overcharged us for gas. We went 9 miles and put a dollar in for gas and they charged us an extra $8.

Steve GNot wasting my time with comments, just like the sales associate didn't want to provide or take the time to serve my needs. Constant text messages to me while traveling asking me to text when I can drop off for next customer? Really? I could have returned it 2 days earlier but choose not to just on principal. Gas system is a joke. Just fill it, & bring it back filled.
bryan lIt had more miles than what they told me and they said that the tang of gas was at 7/8 full when the gas tang was at 3/4 full.
