Jonathan DThe trucks frame is severely bent. Very sloppy handling as well as a wiring issue I found. It’s really odd that you guys let someone drive a truck in this poor of condition.
Amer SApp didn't work, as it didn't have pickup choice in the drop down. I called help desk and they sent me video with screen shots that didn't match the app. Had to wait until 9am when office opened to get truck.

Celestino RWhile it was clean, the uhaul van had a terrible smell inside. It was so terrible I had to drive with the windows down and use my own air freshener to be able to drive it.

Kimberly MI think if there’s no equipment available at these location they shouldn’t have taken any reservations. I have made reservations in two occasions to show up on the day to tell me they don’t have any. And send me to a different location not right at all.
HECTOR RDisclose ALL RULES to customer before completing order. BE CLEAR IN INSTRUCTIONS OR THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT KNOW OTHERWISE. Have a better attitude.

Frank DI have rented trucks from this location a few times. I would really like to recognize Holly who helped with my rentals. I have been at that location a few times and every time she is always cheerful and provides excellent customer service. In the future if I need to rent another truck through U-Haul I will definitely use this location again because of the stellar service I have received!

Francis CI absolutely hated the after hours drop off system. I had to download an app. No I don’t want to have a U-Haul app on my phone. Then I had to fuss with the location services setting. I got so frustrated I just dropped the key and left. Then I get charged a $20 fee. I get you want people using your app but it shouldn’t be mandatory.
