The gentleman at the auburn location set everything up for me and he was wonderful. He set up a one way truck from PA to Auburn and recommended to use U-Haul moving. He was very helpful. Definitely professional and made things very easy for me.

This is a huge inconvenience and the trucks should be returned full for the next customer to use.. this is a great location minus the gas fill up problem.. can someone address this problem to make it easier for customers??
janet WThe truck box must have been wet mopped just as we were picking it up and when i got home and opened the box to load the truck i had to go find rags to dry it before we could even start loading it. And even after drying it there was still residue that got on my furniture because it was cold out and didn’t dry very well.

Crystal CI reserved uhaul for 6 hours and brought it back after 4.5 , I was charged the 20 for return after hours when I was told I wouldn't be. Other than that service was friendly and knowledgeable

Robin RI have used this location many times and always without incident, until last night. Stephen was great, but the van was rented to me with two bald back tires, which I didn't notice until the van got stuck in mud my front yard. I called on a neighbor for help and he and I spent almost two hours in the freezing cold trying to get the van out of the rut. Because of the two bald tires, it was nearly impossible to do this. Finally, however, the van was freed from the rut. Because of this occurrence, I missed an important work event, to say nothing of the time wasted for both my neighbor and for me. My greater concern is how dangerous it was for U-Haul to send a van out on a cold winter’s night in such bad condition. Something much worse could have happened considering what poor condition the tires were in. At the very least, I hope you will consider fully refunding me for last night’s rental. While there is no way to pay me or my neighbor back for the wasted time and effort, it would go a long way in demonstrating integrity on behalf of your company.
ANGELA DI was given a 1/8 tank of gas; I was told it needed to come back with 1/4 tank of gas, and I would get $15 back, I didn't. I was told if I didn't do this I would be charged $4.75/gallon. I was told I needed to sweep out the back or I would be charged a cleaning fee; the person who had it before did not clean it out, so I had to sweep all of their things out before I put mine in.

Dylan HI think my experience was wonderful I would like you to know that there was is a lot of solicitors using the wifi when I returned and there were little children that really should have been in their beds but the van does excellent burnouts and was 100 percent satisfied with the tire spinning and rubber burning capability and the brakes near put my teeth right through the dash great experience! 5 stars 🌟
