MOHAMED MOUSSIDI returned the truck pretty much at the same level of gaz as I received it and was charged for extra gaz. The return experience was not pleasant I thought I could return after hours but there was no place I could leave the key with a lock. I had to have someone return the key the next day when the store was open. There wasn't an allowed place easy to see where to leave the truck, I just tried to find a place where it wouldn't be to much in the way.

alain lemieuxthe guy at the front office was so cold and avoid answering any questions, telling me that I can go on the website and look for the information, beside that he handed me they keys and asked me to go look for the truck, instead they should send somebody to go bring me the truck and do an inspection with me, and even explain to me basic things, I find the service very poor comparing to last time when I rented a truck from the same place.

J'ai remi le camion, j'ai juste demandé a qui je remets les clefs et verifier l'etat su camion, elle m'a dit: attendez dehors, il y'a quelqu'un la bas 😡 , un froid insupportable, je ne sais meme pas combien de temps je vais attendre. Service à la clientèle sur ce lieu n'est pas comme celui que je connaissais avant. Acceuil désagréable.
Mohamed Rezzikj ai eu une remorque accidenté et la fusible de mon camion brulais toujours ,j ai perdu 1 heures et quart chez vous pendant que 3 personnes attendais apres moi pour le déménagement. on m a dit que c étais mon camion car apres trois tentative d un employer avec sa batterie les lumieres allume alors apres 3 fusible j ai pu partir mais rendu sur place a plus de 30 km et a la noirceur je vient pour partir et encore pas de lumieres. J ai fini par trouver le probleme c étais dans l ail de la remorque qui étais accidenté le fil pour la lumiere de position étais arraché et dégainé et allais toucher le métal et fessais bruler ma fusible j ai perdu un autre heure la bas ,a cause de ca j ai du acheter une ralonge car j ai coupé la mienne et du aller chez mastervox l autre coté de la rue pour acheter des fusibles car vous en avez pas en succursale. j ai laissé la facture au responsable sur place c est pas beaucoup c est 12$ et meme pas repayé ma dépense et en plus j avais un dolly pour les électro ménagés dans le trailer qui n étais pas sur ma facture et que j aurais pu laisser chez moi mais je suis honnête et je vous l ai raporter personne sur place n étais au courant...alors j attendais la meme franchise de votre part a savoir que j avais une remorque défecteuse et a cause de ca j ai fait attendre 3 personnes qui étais la pour m aider pendant un total de 2 heurs et quart total pour rien et vous me facturez le montant total sans aucune gène .

Fadi ChahoudI would never recommend this location to anyone including my worst enemy. First of all, all of the employees were talking while customers were waiting at the front desk. The lady who served me was everything but professional. First of all, her personal phone was on the counter. Which leads to answering personal communications while serving customers. Second of all, she doesn't understand who a driver's license (DL) is supposed to work. She asked me to confirm on the screen if the information were accurate. There was not one but TWO mistakes. Firstly the APT number was incorrect. The other one was the postal code (PC). When I told her the PC was incorrect, she then told me " oh I don't understand that's what my system is telling me." and made me repeat my PC about 3 times in a row. Which is totally understandable considering that it's a new construction. But I had to tell her multiple times that the one I have is the correct one since all of the other companies were using the one I was providing. With an attitude, she asked her colleague "what do I do with that"... I don't remember exactly what happened and how it was fixed, but they probably put my my OLD address. Speaking of the old address, I had to tell the lady that the most recent address could be AT THE BACK of the DL. When I asked her where the mattress cover I purchased online was (if it was in the truck or that I have to pickup myself), she wasn't sure about her answer at first and then told me that I have to pick it up (which was, by the way she said it, was really rude). As a former CSR and currently working in the Customer experience, I know that the image of the representative is the key of success for a company. Clearly this location DOES NOT have it. Next time I will for sure use : 1. Another location 2. Another method of onboarding 3. Another company ! Thank you.

Mackenzie TothPremièrement, l'app ne fonctionnait pas. Donc ma réservation de 8h30 est incorrecte. J'ai dû attendre 9h00 que le commerce ouvre pour avoir un camion. Il était très sale dans la boîte ainsi que côté conducteur pleins de miettes de nourriture. Je pensais que l'app 24/7 aurait été d'un grand secours. C'était l'enfer!! plus jamais!

claude ramampiarisonThe employees didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They gave my reservation to another customer and with the customer service, they helped me to get a new truck. The thing is, when I got to the front desk, I asked for the truck and they said there is none available at the moment. I was very pissed because I just spoke with the customer service lady and she said it was going to be fine. I explained the whole situation and the guy admitted that he was the one giving away MY reservation to another stranger. Then he had to find me a truck cause I wasn't going to leave this place without one. He finally did, which I was happy with. Then I had to give a deposit and enter my credit card information twice for some weird reason... After our moving, I came back with the truck, waited outside for a good moment under the camera and no one ever came. So I decided to go inside and the employees were chitchatting. I had my check out with the same exact dude and had to point out that my truck was outside on his TV and we were waiting for an employee to get there. He then ask me to pay the bill and I tell him we got the gaz to a quarter so I'm expecting a rebate. He asks me to sit down and wait (which I did for a good 15 min). He comes back and tells me everything is in order. I look at the bill and I told him that there is no credit for the gaz and he asks me if I put gaz to the quarter... He asks someone else to check and he finds out that I was right (it was even slightly above). Sorry for my language but too many fuck ups. Moving is already stressful and I didn't need this extra stress. Also the credit card statement was very weird with tons of transactions for nothing... The price came up right, but it is nonetheless fucking weird.

On a fait 10 kms avec le camions, on a remis l'essence du camion là au même niveau qu'à la prise de possession (26$ ) et on nous a facturé 20$ supplémentaire. Il nous en a donc couté 46$ pour 10 kms.. Mais la gérante complêtement malhonnête n'a seulement jamais voulue écouter notre point de vue.

Not organized, truck full of snow without a way to clean it, searching for a missing truck for 15 mins (they finally got me an other one), i almost didn't get cover sheets (there was none available when i registered online to get ones). I finally got out of there more than 45 mins after.

Still haven’t received my receipt and U-Haul called me the following day asking when I’ll return my truck. Meaning they didn’t check me out. This is unprofessional and caused me unnecessary stress.
Suraj SubaLe service à la clientèle était horrible à saint-hubert, la caissière parlait pas fort alors que les 2 autres employés étaient juste à côté d'elle et se parlait entre les 2 en criant et en riant hyper fort, jai absolument rien compris de tout se qu'elle me disais, je répétais se que je pensais qu'elle me disait en parlant fort pour essayer de compenser sur les 2 autres sans savoir vivre qui était juste à côté. Enssuite le camion qu'ils m'ont donner était coincé derrière un autre camion. J'ai dû retourner à l'intérieur pour leur demander de déplacer l'autre camion, se qui m'a value des regard comme si je dérangeait, dernière fois que je vais à cette endroit, j'ai jamais vécu une expérience à la clientèle aussi désagréable de ma vie.

Jose Luis CubidesFix the right front wheel bearing, whatever is broken in the steering systeme, replace de rear differential (it was screaming for sweet death during all of our 3h trip and was under no load in the box) , Driver seat was broken and caused me a great deal of lower back pain before we even did anything !! Driver window was shaking so badly on the highway that i tought it was going to break in my face. Interrior of cabin was dirty and full of cigarette ash etc etc Probably the worst time i’ve rented a truck…
MICHEAL GAUTHIER1. Quand je suis rentrée j'ai eu un accueil qui m'a mise très malalaise. Je dois préciser que je suis une femme. L'homme qui m'a accueilli m'a mise très malalaise. Il m'a demandé si j'étais seule suivant de: c'est une blague haha. Quand j'ai retourné le véhicule. La dame qui était là criait très fort le non de son collègue à travers le magasin. Et à plusieurs reprise. Je n'avais pas l'impression d'être dans un commerce. Pour ce qui est de la méthode de calcul pour le gaz. C'est impossible d'être précis donc d'être équitable autant pour le client que pour le commerce. Même avec la charte qu'on nous donne. Pour ces raisons, je ne le proposerais à personne et je n'y retournerais pas.

De ma connaissance quand je prends une assurance, je dois être informé ce qui est couvert et ce qui ne l'est pas. Aujourd’hui j’ai loué un camion, j’ai eu un petit accident, la clé de camion a été bloqué dans le camion, et par surprise vos superviseurs m'a dit qu'il y a à une cel clé, et que c'est de ma faute, donc je dois payé 210$ pour l' Assistance routières. Ça fait deux fois que j'assiste au mauvaise manière de vos superviseurs, l'impolitesse manque de professionnalisme. Aujourd'hui avec tout ce qui m'est arrivé, votre superviseur m'a jeté dehors de votre magasin de 2771 rue Mance.

U Haul tried to overcharge me again and then I was finally removed as a tenant but have not been paid back the rent I was wrongfully charged.

Thing is there was a glitch on there own website when I got to pay the second locker it prepaid the same one again! Could undo it and had to waste a couple of hours to drive to, wait and explain everything to the clerk at the counter that she had to remove the late fees do to all this nonsense! Back to square one a month later, Secondly, at first visit my wife found mousetraps on second floor hallways that made us second guess storing all of our valuable belongings here. Now yesterday we installed mousetraps and not 24hrs later we caught one in our locker on the second floor!! Manager gave me one month free on one locker but let’s get real here if we get mouse crap 💩 all over, my two 3500$ leather sofas and 1000$ mattresses get mouse wholes all over it’s not a one 206$ free month that will cover anything!! Should look elsewhere for storage!! Install LED lighting in lockers, it’s pitch dark! Garage door access impossible to back a trailer flush to, with there parking lot layout and multiple levels make moving furniture and appliances difficult even on the first floor! Second floor accessibility by stairs only!

It was a busy day that day so I did not go to the counter to confirm storage unit1077 was emptied but i did call on march 25 to confirm. I was then told I would receive a confirmation but did not and then I was sent a bill + late charges on April 3. I have called numerous times to receive this confirmation but NO ONE at The 2771 Mance location EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have records of my calls on the dates outlined and even audio recordings. i am frustrated with this situation. While the facilities were fine, the management is very irresponsible and the customer service is seriously lacking. I am a good client of U-Haul but have wasted a lot of time with this negligent behavior. All I have requested for weeks now is a confirmation that the unit was emptied on time, which it was and that no further charges would be incurred.

Overall, was a disappointing experience unfortunately

shane budgen | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Dont ever store your precious belongings at a U-Haul.

Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff. When I moved my stuff out of the storage into my apartment, their were live rats inside a box!!! Do NOT rent storage in this disgusting facility.

Mon divan blanc en plume d'oie doit être jeter. On ne parle pas du service INTERMINABLE, attendre plus d'une heure en ligne pour du service... Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol ! Vous devriez faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation car juste en ligne d'attente TOUS les gens étaient dépassés par le service médiocre. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais u-haul. < Marie-Ève
