If I fill the tank to the point it is showing 1/4 full in the trucks dashboard, I shouldn’t then be charged for fuel bc it’s showing on some machine you have that it is less than 1/4 on the truck. Either fix your systems so it aligns to what the trucks dashboard shows or tell people to fill beyond the 1/4 line.

Raul GrijalvaTruck interior needs a good cleaning. The seat belts were smelly dirty. I wiped the armrest and it cleaned easily. The truck was clean and dust free, just needs a good clean detailing.

Don LachanceFrom the beginning, the staff seemed disinterested. I ran into a catastrophic situation and immediately informed the location of the problem I was very clear about the problem, and was apologetic about the situation, yet the representative was very resistive. Vehicle: I believe it was the first time I have rented a vehicle with only 1/4 tank gas. Both door locks were difficult to open. The gear shifter was very loose. The back door is badly in need of lubrication. When I returned Sunday afternoon I found the bumper hanging off my car. I returned Monday morning to review the security footage and could not as the manager was not working.

VADYM FAICHUKI advised staff I would return the trailer after close and they didn’t notify me it would cost an extra $20 (~50%) I would have come earlier or waited till the morning, I live around the corner.
SHAHIN SHAHEDITruck was reserved for Ormont location but I had to pick up at 2753 Weston location, with no explanation given. I received the call 24 hours before but in that call I was told it could not be brought to Ormont. Customer shouldn't have to be inconvenienced for pickup when it was booked months in advance. Sign in went well. Truck was clean inside. But no windshield washer fluid. The windows were filthy which made it hard to see while picking it up in the morning with the sun shining through the dirt.

Rick ZorziniThe manager at 2753 Weston Road U-Haul location attitude and customer service are horrible. She placed me on hold for three hours. I called for an Uber and went there while still on hold. I asked the representative if I can speak to the manager she told the representative she’s on lunch, after a while she came out and when I showed her that I’m still on hold she told me I can hang up now I’m in front of her and she forgot about me being on hold after I tried to explain the situation to her about the milage her attitude was so overwhelming, and customer service was so poor I asked her for the general manager or the district manager she told me to go on the site as I was leaving the location she blurred out. My attitude stinks, so I shouted back at her saying I was the one place on hold for three hours, and was given bad attitude. I then walked out. I Will never be coming back if this the type of service I'll be getting.

Lay RodriguezReserved the truck for 7:30 am for mobile pickup however I was instructed to pick the keys up for the desk. The office did not open until 9am. Wasted 1.5 hours waiting in the cold and I'd like this deducted from my total cost.

Eunice DecontieWow ..the U-Haul employee was so not interested in her job ...went to rent a utility dolly and the look I got when I told her I am looking to rent one..like I bother her or something....she even asked "what utility dolly I am talking about .(but with that not nice of a tone)..so I had to show her the picture above her head...ta da She was so rude and not wanted to do her job ...i was trying to give her my documents like CC and ID but she refused saying that it's not her job and to use my phone to fill in the U-Haul documents.Had to go back to get my phone from the car and try to log in but the U-Haul session expired. She then after she again refused to use my documents gave me a U-Haul device to upload all the info ...I asked her what if someone without phone or internet access or a older person who is not good at this wants to rent from U-Haul...she told me that I want to much and everyone has a phone ... Finished my paper filling and was told to pick up my dolly from outside...to which I replied what if I needed help to load it into my car ....the look she gave me ...and I left mentioning her best customer service For sure this employee needs more training in customer service and she's too comfortable in her job ....I will not recommend this U-Haul nor used them anymore that's for sure
liviu popThe app. When registering the app, the person with the shared uhaul should get notify that there uhaul is being used for appointment and they should get the ready if not there should be no acceptance of the uhaul.
