The truck drove horribly, needs immediate suspension service!!!
La'Ron MuhammadThese people are goofballs. They had a car transporter but won’t hook it to my U-Haul truck told to go to another location. I did and that location sent me back to the original location but with two U-Haul I Employees to help hook up the trailer to my U-Haul truck. This took two hours. I will never go there or recommend that place again.

Samir DaherI returned rental back at 5.30 pm yesterday. The place was closed the returns app kept giving me errors. I ended up leaving keys in that box after frantic efforts to speak with someone.

With the reservation, check-in was easy. They hooked me up and checked the lights. The trailer was perfect. Easy to use and all in working order. Drop-off was seamless also. Easy peasy. Nerissa DomingueThe owner/operator was extremely helpful from the moment I drove in, to the moment I left. I made my pickup appointment online and he was waiting for me outside when I drove into the parking lot (note: it was 27 degrees outside at the time). He made an adjustment to my hitch so the trailer wouldn't ride too low, then he hooked up the trailer for me and even gave me his own bungee cord to keep the chains from scraping on the ground throughout the drive. When I offered to tip him, he politely declined. I’ve rented from Uhaul in 4 different states across multiple locations and can honestly say that this experience was the best of them all. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from this Uhaul location.

KEITH JABON SIEBERTExamine the condition of your trucks. The catalytic converter cage fell off as I was driving down a side street (causing momentary anxiety!) and the check engine light came on (loose fuel cap). The cage fell off due to very, very poor welding. As a Naval Engineer I hesitate to even call it welding. Perhaps you need to hire a part-time QA inspector to examine contractor’s repairs/maintenance before signing off on the repairs. I know a guy…
