David PI had an awful experience with this UHaul rental. I told the clerk I would not be coming back into to town and that I was driving far away. He then proceeded to make the truck a in town rental as opposed to a one way trip, thus making me responsible for extra fees that I should not be held accountable for. I would not even recommend people that I hate to go to this location. They are extremely incompetent.

SCOTT EMy initial purchase with U-Haul of South Cobb was excellent. It wasn’t until I had to keep the cargo van and extra day and scheduling continued to call, text , and email me. It was very bothersome because I was at work. They were rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Very poor customer service I had one problem with the truck and that was the breaks were to soft, meaning, I had to push them to the floor to stop, which was horrifying in torrential rain, at night, in Atlanta traffic. Again the initial counter sales was excellent , but scheduling needs training on customer service.

NATANAEL OFrom beginning to end. This was the worst I've had. From my appointment being given to someone else. Me being told I'm a liar and I have the truck I didn't have. Getting the truck the right day and cash return it because my app didn't work.. then the getting the www to work and I need to slow down to make it work...I'm so done with this BS

Maryann RThe parking breaks were not working, when enquired I was told to not use it. The parking near my source location was uphill and I had to use rocks to ensure the vehicle doesn’t move backwards. Additionally, I was charged for fuel though I had filled it to the exact level. I did not take photo of the fuel indicator but before returning I ensured the fuel level is correct. While picking up the vehicle, since I was driving the truck first time, I had questions about using it like I couldn’t find how to put on reverse gear or drive mode for that matter. The first response was if you are not comfortable then don’t take my truck. Then he briefly showed the lender to use, finally I figured out. The concern here was I rented the vehicle for 3 hours and wasted around 30-40 minutes understanding the basics, finding rocks and placing beneath back tire to ensure it doesn’t move.
Goutham MVerify the fuel level. The actual fuel level did not exactly match what was indicated on the contract. It was off by about 1/8 of a tank to U-Haul’s favor. I was in a hurry so I didn’t return to the office to have it corrected, but it ended up costing me an extra gallon or so to fill it to where they said it was supposed to be. I actually would prefer that they would provide the vehicles with full tanks, I don’t like having to try to match a previous fuel level.

Robert LThe customer service was non existent, snappy, rude and negatively talked about the company, the first truck I received had 109 miles over on the truck than what was in the system. When I got the new truck it was raggedy af! Vibrating and jirating like a $2 stripper!
