Renting process was nice and quick for pickup truck the guy was super nice and make fast process. When I was returning truck no one was there after look for 10 min the lady show up She look truck and told me I have to charge cleaning fee. I told give me spray It takes 2 minutes to wipe my foot mark (she call that dirty and try to charge $25 ) I always give good rating and respect business But common for 2 min cleaning job you try to charge?

Bob LI rented a trailer. When dropping off , there was a van parked in the drop off location so... I had no place to drop the trailer. Eventually the Van was moved, then I backed up and pulled trailer under the drop off tent. This was late in the day Sunday and the location was very busy.

Alan BOverall a good rental experience. One mildly infuriating experience was the lack of a cruise control, and this was a nearly new truck with only 7700 miles. I only had to drive 260 miles, and for those of us not used to driving bigger, wider vehicles, it's enough of a headache to constantly steer to maintain the truck in the center of the lane, (and possibly the alignment wasn't perfect) but also trying to maintain a steady speed just makes for a very tiring experience. I wouldn't want to drive it cross country. Please supply cruise controls on your trucks. I won't rent another moving truck unless it has one.
David MIt was confusing to me as a first time user however the numbers you can all for assistance are incredibly helpful. The specific piece of equipment wasn't together when I got there. However I believe that was my error for scheduling the u-haul close to the building closing. They ended up giving me a bigger piece of equipment for the same price as the original and it ended up working perfectly. Everyone involved in my whole experience was so nice. To the people on the phone assisting me to the lady at the building when I dropped it off. No one gave any attitude or showed any annoyance. The lady on the phone ended up staying on the line with us until we were able to get the truck started. The lady at the place gave such welcoming vibes and didn't get mad or annoyed when we dropped the truck off in the wrong place. If you're not familiar with the self pick up process it can be a bit confusing and frustrating but if you use the resources available they can walk you through every single step. I will be definitely returning to this company if need be in the future and recommend others to do the same.

WILLIAM SKeys were left out in open, no security for them in any lock box like app said, windows were left cracked open and inside got soaked, gas was left on 25% full, steering wheel needed to be turned one half turn to go straight, got charged a dollar a mile (which is insanely high), expected to refill the gas AND got charged a gas fee on top of this. Worst moving experience due to this. Not a fan of pick up locations.

Marla CI think it would have been nice of the U-Haul associates provided their names when asking me if I needed assistance. The first U-Haul associate did not review the vehicle with me before it was driven off the lot. This was my first time renting a vehicle and did not realize this should have been done. Overall, the two associates I met were very nice. Also, regarding the rental, the vehicle made a lot of noise when driven on the highway.

James YI would suggest that you have your front desk person more attentive and personable. The one I interacted with was yawning, looked bored, made no eye contact and was just overall not a good experience when I was ready to move on with things quickly.

The one checking it in said they would have to charge me 3 gallons fuel charge or I could put gas in it after I had already but $10.00 equalling 2.89 gallons of gas in and only used the vehicle for 26 miles. The gas gauge when returning it was where it was at when I picked it up. So overall there is no way the truck used 5.89 gallons of gas for 26 miles. I usually rent a truck once or twice a year and have always rented from U-Haul. In the future I will not rent from U-Haul unless it’s the only option. I know my business is nothing compared to the many customers you have but I am very disappointed that this one bad experience has made me not want to do business with U-haul in the future.

Peggy LThis was my second time renting from this location. I filled the gas tank, almost 11 gallons of gas and I only went 22 miles. They clearly didn’t have the correct gas when we went there and said some trucks just get bad mileage. 2 miles to the gallon means that truck should be taken out of the fleet. I want my money back for the gas.

wayne kNot so much the place specifically but Uhauls policy concerning after hours return. $20 if you do not use the app to "self-check in", So it costs $20 for the guy to walk over to the door with the slot, bend over and pick it up? If I had brought the truck back during business hours and handed him the key, he would have done the same thing as the guy did the morning after I dropped it off and dropped the key in the slot, only I would not have been charged the extra $20.... SCAM!!!! Many of us do not use apps but you are trying to force people, customers to use them or they lose. IT IS A SCAM!! So, no good review ever again for U-Haul. Not to mention the extra 1/4 tank of gas I gave you. Will have to look into other options from now on.

When we went to leave it wouldn’t start but I had left already and my boyfriend didn’t know to call you because he thought it was going to cost us money. He found someone to jump it but we ended up having to paying almost $50 to someone to stay for us. To move in since we missed our time slot. So this was a bummer! You all should be checking your batteries monthly or something as this cost us money!
