amita hThere was a problem with the fuel gauge. I took a picture when I picked the truck up to show the measurement listed was incorrect and I filled the tank completely up before I returned it. I made the representative aware and they still charged me additional fees.

Jessica KThe app was not accurate for the “skip the line” process. Still made me go inside and wait in line. However, no one was even there to begin with. Waited outside for 15 mins before someone came. And then when I followed her in, she tended to another customer as I waited. The app process was not dependable and when she checked me in, she said my info wasn’t in the system even though I received a text and email showing rental was processed.
Juan HThis is not in reference to the specific location, but y’all need to stop ripping people off on these prices and making us book three days for a big truck that we didn’t even need for more than one day. That’s stupid.

majid gIve been using this location for about 15 years, twice a month and enjoy my interactions every time I visit. Tiwannie always makes me feel valued and appreciated. Greets me with a smile as I observe her doing with each customer coming through the door. When she is away Randy is always fast to step in and get things done. My hat goes off to both for such great service!

CONNOR FChecking in was a nuisance even though I had already done it on line. Asking for a selfie of me was not necessary (you know my license), and I feel it needlessly intrudes on customer privacy for no good reason. I also failed to see the need for a second contact person to add to the reservation. One is more than enough for someone with a credit card and major credit card. Rental car companies, renting out vehicles far more expensive than a van, don’t need that and neither does U-Haul. To be honest this process really dissuades me from doing so again.
George SVery disappointed. Was rented a unit with a check engine light. Told staff and asked for a replacement and was dismissed twice. Felt completely ignored and treated as a nuisance. Will not be using this office again
Thomas BWe had a res at the piedmont location for 10am-2 pm, but knew we were running late. We tried to call twice, but no one picked up. We got there at 11, and there was no truck available. Either you need to answer the phones, or you need to guarantee your credit card backed reservations for the duration of the reserved time.

Lesly DOne issue was when we returned the trailer. The woman had all the lights off 10 minutes before closing so the place looked closed. She would not get out of her chair and told me to drive the trailer around back and unhook it myself. They way she said it was very rude. I have rented u-hauls for years and have never had an inceident this bad.
John GThe lady sitting at front desk needs serious lessons in customer service and the language she uses to talk to customers. Dude is not how you address your customers. The gentleman installing the hitch was great. They forgot to put the hitch ball and he did it right away

The employee saw the pictures on my phone with time stamp.. acknowledged that I was right and the charges weren’t accurate but said there was nothing they could do. Then they told me to call customer service. Horrible service. Horrible processes.

allan WEverything perfect EXCEPT van was VERY banged up (it had your stickers all over) The one that was a problem was the sliding door damage. It was very difficult to open & always have a 'open door' warning light. A van can be banged up, but that door should have been fixed before ever being rented

CLARENCE GIt was ok, the truck had trash in it and the right tail light didn’t work. It was easy to process, pick up, and drop off. I would recommend for that.
GREG MI rented a U-Haul and I booked everything at 5:00 my pick up time was at 6:45 and when I got to the location the van wasn’t there I then called customer they switch me into a 15 inch truck go their with the rental agreement and the key wasn’t inside the boxes
Rachale KSomeone cancelled my reservation at the brookhaven location even tho i had email and text reservation. So rude. We ended up making 2 trips in a van instead of one… will never rent from here again.. lady who we talked to did NOT provide a solution, i had to ask.. well how can you help? I need aomething? Cant you be a problem solver? Then she offered a van. Horrible all around
