My pickup was perfect and dropoff was perfect HOWEVER after I dropped off the vehicle I got a call that I owed extra mileage and according to the original contract I followed the plan location by location. How extra cost were added Im disappointed and disagreed with. I will contact corporate I’m not sure who is responsible for the misinformation or issues but I followed a strict travel and it was noted upon pickup. An extra $110 was requested and UHaul has a reputation on that very issue and I have never experienced it.

The entire team is awesome and efficent. This is a very busy store but they do well working together to help customers. The store manager always goes above and beyond. We rent at least 3-4 times a month— this is our store of choice in Park Heights- Great Job.

Yes the truck was clean but the maintenance was not maintain. It was shaking and the gear leveler kept getting stuck. The person who waited on me was very help, work friendly and pleasant.

Someone had likely replaced the timing belt tensioner and stripped the aluminum mounting bolt holes by cross threading them. You need to improve the quality and oversight of contractors doing your regular maintenance; we were stranded on the side of a dangerous interstate for nearly 3 hours.

came at the last moment he had a truck ready and clean, brought it back the same day at 7 PM and he was still there working, I drop the key off and let him know that I thanked him for a good truck, because it was raining outside and sometimes the tires don’t be good at U-Haul but this truck was good

Attendees were good. The vehicle was not ready, was located in the back (another vehicle had to be moved) and the tires were low (indicated in the display) and even after refilling (loss of time...) were still indicated to be low.
