tarce mWould of gave you 5 stars but the pickup truck I ordered wasn't available so I got stuck with a 10' box van. Nice vehicle but sucked down the gas. The man who helped me was fantastic and he deserves a raise 😊

Millicent PNote: Check engine light came on when returning truck to drop off location, not sure if truck maintence is properly being done. Let customer drop off at preferred location instead of sending them way out of their way!!!
Russell DThe truck was clean and comfortable to drive but it does have two problem that need your attention. The headlights are not really bright enough to drive with at night unless on bright. The requires driver to constantly turn off and on for oncoming traffic. The passenger window rattles constantly. we drove the truck 15 hours from Tucson to Austin and it drove us crazy. That definitely needs to be fixed. The staff at pickup and drop off were friendly and helpful. The lady who made the reservation for me was pretty rude. John Cook
JOHN CThe trailer was full of brush and rocks, employee very unfriendly at checkout and we returned a day early and no refund offered. I’m sure the trailer was available for rental a day earlier than expected so if rented they made double the money on it. Very bad experience at this location.
John UFriendly, helpful and competent, They had me hooked up and off in minutes, and drop off was even quicker. I would recommend these guys. ( And the price for a local trailer rental was extremely reasonable).

Elizabeth MI wasn't refunded for the miles I hadn't driven which I had documented in front of another person at time of pickup and also at time of drop off. The associate never mentioned starting mileage nor was it on the printout given at time of pickup. In order to ensure not to overpay the refund, he instead not to address it at all and refused the refund.
Hilda SOur lights on the passenger side of the vehicle were inoperable No break lights. No turn signals No driving lights. Very dangerous. We should get a credit or something for a dangerous driving situation. Truce should have been inspected before being sent out. We didn't realize until after the vehicle was packed or we would have returned it immediately
