PLEASE KEEP THE COST WHILE MAKING A RESERVATION THE SAME AS WHEN A CUSTOMER IS PICKING IT UP, ALSO EDUCATE REP SOTHEY'RE NOT JUST IGNORANT TO THE PROCESS OF ATTATCHING ADDITION MONEY ($20.) THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SO I PRAY I DON'T HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE AGAIN. THE TRUCK WAS SHAKING AND SMELLED HORRID!!!

The reps were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and seem to calm a storm from raging. Thengentleman who got truck ready & trailer was so patient. He was very pleasant, professional, friendly and provided “great customer service”. This location would definitely be my first choice for other rental needs.

My first pick up was at a different location, and when I went there, after getting all my information and spending time talking to a uhaul representative, she said that they cannot rent the uhaul because it might be defective. So, I had to spend more gas to another location to get my box trailer. The location on Gordon Hwy was fine.

Wish there were more staff or an in-door drop box. I had to wait 30 minutes to turn my keys in, during regular business hours, because the one staff person you had was assisting another customer.

Don’t send a text message a hour for due time on how to return the equipment. This needs to be discussed at the time of pickup so that it could be done in real time. I had to alter my schedule and go back to the store to complete my return which is b/s.

I reserved a 26' truck and an open utility trailer with 48 moving pads, 1 furniture dolly and 1 appliance dolly. I only left with the 26' truck and the moving pads. They did not have my trailer or either dolly. They actually didn't have all the pads at first, they had to go through the backs of other trucks returned the day before to find some more. When I asked about the trailer and the dollies no one could give me a definitive answer. Their only solution was to remove it from my reservation. Not having the trailer greatly inconvenienced my moving plans. This was only the first load to move to Florida, we will not be moving the final load until after we sell our home. I still have not decided who we will utilize, we will cross that bridge when we come to it. I do know that if I utilize Uhaul again I will never use this facility.

We had the truck reserved which wasn't cleaned out when we got there. We also had reserved furniture pads and they had none to give us. The nice thing was that they did go get some for us and included a furniture dolly for free.

Make sure the mileage and the gas is recorded correctly and make sure the customer is not overcharged like I was. I was not happy with this experience

I used the Uhaul for less than 12 hours and made a one way intown trip and was charged $81.00 and returned the fuel full which cost me another $20.00. The employers were rude and not helpful at all!

I received excellent customer service from the employees,on Saturday ( pick up) and on Sunday ( return) . I have used U-Haul for more than 30 years. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you for your years of service. P.S. My reservation was a last minute decision. It wasn't a problem. I received the size I requested and pick up was less than 30 minutes. Still wasn't a problem!!!!

From my initial conversation with Monique prior to my arrival to the location to the gentleman who processed my rental contract everyone was cordial, professional and extremely helpful. I will be using this location again in the future even though there are others that are closer to me.

The Young Lady was very helpful. Thanks! Seat cover would not stay on the seat. I Had to stop to close hood that was lefted open by someone else. Please check things like this, because someone can really get hurt. It was less than a half mile after leaving?????

I dont have any negative comments for the Augusta location but the drop off location in Charlotte was unprofessional. The young lady cursed in my presence and kept walking off as I spoke to her. I will not recommend that location to family or friends. I will be doing a review on google as well. Thank you

My wife turned in the trailer we rented. The employees did not know how to disconnect the trailer from my truck. My son had to disconnect the trailer. Seems to me, u-haul employees should know how their equipment works. Overall though, the rental served its purpose for me well enough. Thank you!

I had pick up at 700 am however system was not up and until 730 am. I wish the system I booked on would of let me know this. Also I reserved 12 hours but was only allowed 9.i finished moving early so all and all I would us and recommend uhual

Customers should be made aware BEFORE they enter the location that cash payments are not accepted and that only one method of payment is accepted. Most people look online for information and to secure their rental. However, when entering the store without having reserved the rental online, it makes more sense for the U-Haul employee to make you aware of some of their stipulations BEFORE going through the entire process (finding appropriate vehicle, photo of picture ID, etc.). Having to leave without a rental or having to leave and then return again with a new form of payment is time consuming and aggravating for the customer. Moving is already enough of a hassle. Unnecessary nonsense from U-Haul that could have been avoided with specific info online or immediately in the store is ridiculous. In short (yeah right), when a customer comes into the store without having secured their rental already online, give them all of the particulars first.

Let me first state that UHaul’s CSR’s are nice people but.....there is no sense of urgency in getting the customer in and out in a timely manner. Uhaul use to have a way of doing things by way of company policy. I know because I worked for them for 2 years back in the early 1990’s. But now it seems that you’re at the mercy of the employee’s and that they are the ones to be served and you just have to wait on them. There is a total lack of training and knowledge and also some of the guys wear their pants WAY TOO LOW! So.....to sum it up, the equipment is more plentiful and in better condition than when I worked there but the customer service has deteriorated

We reserved a truck a few days prior to picking it up and when we got there the employee was in the process of giving it to someone else. Instead of fixing the problem, we had to get a van. There was no apologies from the employee who did it, only from the one helping us. He had to re-enter all of the information that was already entered, and it took a long time. We had already been waiting behind the person who got our truck for quite a while. I also clearly said numerous times we would need it until 8 pm, but I kept getting text messages saying it was due by 6:45. The whole experience was not great.

The only issue I had was I bought glass packs and the packaging said there was a box included. There wasn’t and I had to drive back to the store to retrieve boxes.

The TEAM at the Gordon Highway location are AWESOME! Always Customer Focused, fast and Friendly! Glad to see your new Facility being built on the Old Kmart. I was the Regional Manager at one time for Kmart and always liked the challenges that location offered. Best to your Team ! Keith

We were originally scheduled to pick up a 20ft truck at the Broad St location in Augusta. When we arrived, our order had been changed in the middle of the night to a 26 ft without my permission. There was no 20 ft available which was not acceptable. The person "helping" me did not even bother to find a location with the correct size truck. I had to locate one myself. We had movers, who we were paying by the hour, waiting at home. What should have been a simple pick-up turned into over a 2 hour ordeal. I would NEVER recommend the Broad St location.

Friday around Noon only one female was onsite to assist a half dozen customers who were there to pick up equipment. One person cannot do it all. Better personnel management and/or scheduling of personnel resources is needed. Thank you for allowing me to provide feedback. Return service late Saturday afternoon at approx. 5:30 p.m. was exceptional.
