The van used smelled like fertilizer/manure which in result made our furniture and clothes we moved smell like manure
Karyn RobinsonThis location was awesome. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location closed at 7pm and that happened to be my pick up time. As I was walking in, the employee was walking out to put my keys in the drop box for me to get. Instead, he just went to the computer and signed me out. It was a great experience for me and I will gladly recommend this location.

I was the first person on the lot that day and all vehicle were present. Including the one I had reserved. I struggled to utilize the vehicle I was given due to the poor accessibility accommodations in the vehicle brand/model.

Angela WilloughbyI rented a truck here twice. Both times, the dollies I ordered and furniture pads and mattress protection were not in the truck and I had to wait a long time for staff to get those for me. One of those times, they just said they didn't have any dollies even though I had reserved two with them, and I had to do an entire move without dollies, which was awful. Aside from this, U-haul makes returning the truck so difficult. I had to stand in a dark alley with my phone in a very dangerous spot in Baltimore to take pictures of every single part of the truck with a flash. I felt extremely unsafe. It was nighttime and I was alone. Not the best experience for a woman. I would never rent here again.

Nicole BennettThe truck worked perfectly and the service from the employees was great. Although, whatever they are using to clean the inside of the vehicle has made me physically sick. I can only imagine the carcinogens from the chemicals used to “clean” the vehicle I was breathing in for hours while driving. Hours after returning the vehicle, I can still smell the chemicals on my clothes, my skin and my hair. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to this location until I know that the products used to clean the vehicles are absent of any harmful chemicals.
