Raymond KThe U-Haul did smell strongly of smoke, cigar or cigarette or something. The gas gauge was also a little weird and didn’t provide accurate readings. I genuinely wasn’t sure how much gas was in it at any given time and ended up putting in extra as it had extreme ups and downs.

Kathleen HI reserved a truck and an appliance dolly. When I arrived there was not an appliance dolly available. I would like my $50 reservation guarantee. Without an appliance dolly the moving was awful!

Bradley SThe person who assisted me at check out to pick up the truck was rude. She misunderstood my question, was snippy with my questions and was sure to make me aware of her displeasure of me. I think people should have more patience and tact when interacting with customers. Also, the day I rented the truck it was sleeting out and coming down heavy, the wiper blades were missing the clips on both sides and I had to tie them on with a plastic bag to arrive back safely. I explained this to the person who checked me back in and he seemed confused. This time around renting a truck was a very unpleasant experience for me.

wasiu oTo be honest, our family only uses uhaul, specially the one in Dover, NH. I cannot say enough about the staff and the manager. They're kind courteous helpful. And you can almost see them smiling over the phone. I would recommend u haul to anyone specially Dover, New Hampshire. Thank you!

Francis Bmake sure all tires are properly checked. the trailer had a bad tire that was worn to the belt on the inside on one area. wasn’t visible to me until i made an emergency stop at another u-haul center. lost three hours of travel time. Have photos if requested.

And please please pleeeease make the checkout process easier for after hours. Us and another customer were exhausted and the last thing we all wanted to do Was jump through hoops to check out. There’s got to be an easier way!
