I experienced multiple problems with truck that I was given. It was deemed unsafe to drive by a mechanic of your company’s choosing after I requested the truck be checked out. The general manager was arrogant, argumentative, and just had an overall negative behavior towards me. Customer service training and better maintenance on your vehicles are two things that I recommend for improvement.
RODERICK MTried to resolve an issue about an extra $20.00 charge for after hours. I wasn’t aware of seeing I rented several before and this never occurred. Kevon wasn’t helpful, instead was snarky trying to prove me wrong. Bad Customer Service. I guess it worth the $20.00 to lose a customer, then try to retain one.

LYNNE PBad customer service when picking up trailer. The sales clerk had a bad attitude and was confrontational with my husband. The sales clerk was a know it all, and wanted to have the last word even though he was wrong. I did not have a problem Lasher when I rent it from this location, but due to the poor customer service it was a disappointment and that’s why I am reading this place very poorly. The sales clerk could have Connie just shut his mouth.

Roget FThe U-Haul employees took the uhaul van along with many of my items that was in the truck because I did not extend the date, but they failed to contact me before so they took the van by force along with many of my items that was in the truck.and they charged me extra.

DEMETRIUS TThe night duty staff to receive the return equivalent should stop be sleeping and awake to receive the return equipment from people I waited for 30 minutes in the premises to sign out nobody till I left the equipment and drop the key on the driver side of the door it’s not good enough any person can just come and take the van and use it again even though you got camera it is not enough to be up and doing in our responsibility as a night duty staff ! TOKUNBO AThe people were courtesy and helpful. The owner was superb. We had a little misunderstanding about how long I would be renting a dolly and then they couldn’t find it after I returned it but in the end they did find it and and just charged me a day. I will continue to use them when needed
Erin FTruck had some type of residue type oil substance in the back of the truck it had a stink smell to it. Truck was riding rough truck said 0% percent oil life left.

Theo GThe line was very long and even though I already had an appointment to pick up the vehicle. Additional staff to help out customers would be very helpful. The associate would not accept my Amazon Chase credit card, saying that it wasn't a credit card, even though it was. Thankfully my partner was with me and we could use one of his. When we finally got the van, the check engine light was on. I notified an associate and they said it was fine but it still made me feel a little nervous to drive it.

Karen HI got charged an extra $150 because this location put my appliance dolly on local instead of one-way rental. After 4 phone calls, still not resolved. Extremely frustrating!
CARDENAS GVehicle was bot cleaned. I did not receive the size of truck I ordered. Employees did not try to assist me at all with initial reservations check out or return. I had to wait til the next day to get a truck that i had been guaranteed online.
