I reserved a 15' truck along with an appliance dolly 6 weeks prior to pick up. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have any appliance dollies. Well I needed the dolly for the move. I asked them to call around and they found a location that had one 5 miles down the road that they said I could go pick up. I told them that I wasn't going to pay for the extra miles, that were out of my way, to get the dolly. It was 10 miles round trip to get it. They said they would give me credit for 5 miles. They should have let me know prior to picking up the truck that they didn't have the appliance dolly available at their location. Maybe, in the future, they could work with other local locations and shift these items around between locations so they are ready and available for someone that reserved the items weeks in advance. Not sure if I will be using uhaul again for future needs.

Tim NEmployee helped me before opening with the lockbox and all of my equipment rental was already in the truck! I wish I'd remembered their names but the employee at drop off answered my questions and was awesome to take time with me too. There was an issue with the driver side door not looking completely closed when.we picked it up.

mark pour experience with renting a 20 foot U-Haul truck went very well! . Our customer rep was friendly and informative. The process only took a few minutes since we had ordered the rental vehicle online. The truck was very clean and in great shape. Returning the vehicle at the end of our move went smoothly.
