We were very upset that they did not have our reserved trailer for us and had to drive 30 mins away to another U-Haul place to pick up. No compensation was given which was also upsetting. When you’re planning a move timing is of the essence as we had to drive to Northern California, it made for a very long day and had to go out of our way an hour and then some with traffic. What U-Haul should have planned is for one to be sent to the location of choice at our time of pick up. Very disappointed and will let others know about our U-Haul experience. The only positive is that they did call us ahead of time to change our location but offered no compensation.

Neal MEasy drop off, very quick and the guy came running out to me even after I passed right by him without seeing him. I forgot my phone in the truck and the location was VERY quick (within 10 minutes) to call my alternative contact that I still happened to be with and I got my phone back immediately. Very professional and the location seemed to run like a well-oiled machine.
